One of the nicest ocean view units in Papakea, E306. Highly upgraded with all the amenities you expect. Living room Air Conditioning, designer granite, Bosch dishwasher, GE washer/dryer, flat surface range/oven, LCD flat screen TV's in both living room and bedroom, original artwork, new window coverings, ceiling fans, FREE wireless Internet, King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, NINJA blender/coffee grinder, fully stocked kitchen! Add in the gorgeous view and you have a lovely setting for your next vacation.

The Papakea Resort is located on North Kaanapali Beach. Papakea has 13 acres of lush tropical gardens with foot bridges and koi ponds. The tennis courts, putting greens, shuffleboard and 2 pools/ 2 hot tubs make your time as relaxing or as busy as you choose. Children especially enjoy swimming in the pools and ocean in front of the condo. You have the option of dining in or barbecuing poolside or heading out to any one of the numerous restaurants within a five mile radius.

It is our goal to provide you with a fantastic experience while vacationing in one of our fine Maui properties. With everything Maui has to offer and our superior accommodations, we want to make sure you also have a very safe stay. During these trying times, we will be enhancing your safety by taking these actions: Limiting interactions during check-in, airing out and disinfecting the unit before your arrival with procedures exceeding CDC guidelines, disinfecting all towels, linens, and blankets before your stay and providing appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies for your use during your stay. A slice of Heaven!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property, loved #E306. This unit is perfectly equipped to relax and enjoy your stay. This unit is very cozy but honestly, the view from the lanai can’t be beat! When we weren’t exploring the island, we were sitting on the lanai! The grounds at Papakea are absolutely gorgeous and the unit exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great View, lovely location!

Could not be happier. As a VRBO owner myself I am usually very picky, but the property management company, and the onsite management were both outstanding. Landscaping was just beautiful and what really makes this standout compared to other places I have stayed at on Maui. I have made several trips, and this so far was my favorite! Great location, restaurants and food truck court all within walking distance, grounds are beautiful pools and amities very clean,, and great communication. Unit I stayed in even had air conditioning. You can go wrong staying here. Thank You to Cindy and Aloha vacation rentals!!!

Excellent Location!

Excellent location but the condo needs some updating. The table on the Lanai was very rusty and pieces of rust falling off of it. Some of the furniture in the living room needs updating. Great views and well maintained resort.

Family trip to Maui

We had a great stay. The view was great and the location was too. Everyone was easy to work with and took care of everything promptly, leaving no questions about how things would work. Overall, wonderful experience with the family and many memories to keep!

Weeks stay.

Lovely view. Really enjoyed having the putting greens, pickle ball and shuffleboard. Friendly atmosphere. Parking was super easy. Glad we booked a smaller complex that was compact and convenient for everywhere. The people at reception were helpful and friendly. The grounds were cleaned every morning.

Week at Papakea

The location at Papakea is great considering that it’s on the water and has multiple food options including a grocery store within walking distance. This unit is in a good location within the complex as the patio as a very nice ocean view and is above one of two pool and putting green areas.facing north avoids the afternoon sun on the deck however it is exposed to the trade winds so leaving papers or other light objects leave them subject to blowing off the table.the patio Is a little tight, however it’s fine for 2 people. The unit itself was comfortable for us in terms of size. It could really use a deep cleaning and some minor touch ups to fresh it but we would stay here again. We used the poolside grills twice. There are six fairly new Weber grills at each pool and they are very popular from 5-7. We did see the property staff cleaning them every morning a part of the poolside maintenance. The property is very nice and well kept. Reservation process was a bit cumbersome as the management company required us to print, sign and email back forms as opposed to online signature but they were pleasant to deal with.

A room with a View

The Ocean View is the star of the show. The condo with a full kitchen and a very comfortable bed was a nice place to relax. We found snorkeling right in the area to be enjoyable and it is easy to venture out to several beaches in the area. The pool, shuffleboard and putting greens are nice options for activities. It was great to see multigenerational groups enjoying time together. The arrangement of the buildings while allowing every unit to have an Ocean View also amplifies the noise of all the activities. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the down side is the noise of lawn machines.

Papakea Paradise

Excellent location, fantastic ocean view, 2 pools and plenty of BBQ stations, pickleball courts, and a great resort. We walked the beach, saw whales and turtles, and enjoyed drinks and music and close-by restaurants. The condo was satisfactory, the bed comfortable, though some aspects could use a bit of updating. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Great Stay!

We love Papakea Resort. We have stayed many times and this unit is in a great location and was clean. We also had nice communication with the property manager over email before arrival.

Everything was wonderful. The only negative I have is reception not allowing us to have our keys 5 mins prior to 3pm which was frustrating with a busy toddler. It was 255 and she made us sit in the lobby for 5 mins before giving us our keys. By the time we would have gotten everything sorted and to the room it would have been after 3 anyways. The stay itself was lovely. We had everything we needed

Maui Anniversary

A beautiful property with many amenities and all the necessities for a longer stay. A very comfortable condo and we were very happy to have celebrated our anniversary here. We would definitely stay at this place again.
