NEWLY REMODELED 1BR Ground Floor Corner Condo - Dual A/C in Ocean Front Resort.
Our fantastic Condo is located at Papakea Ocean Front Resort one of the largest land areas with fewest number of units on any resort in Kaanapali. Our newly remodeled ground floor corner unit D101 is very comfortable and roomy with A/C in bedroom and living room. It offers wonderful views of the blue Pacific and the island of Molokai as well as the resort's tropical grounds: koi pond, putting greens, pools, and Jacuzzi/spas. Walk right out of the unit and take a few steps to the pool and ocean.
The unit has free Wi-Fi, a new flat-screen TV in the living room as well as a flat-screen TV in the bedroom. The bed is a new King-sized bed in the bedroom and a new Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. It comes with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. It has a washer and dryer suite with soap included. It has beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and a cooler etc. Enjoy the tropical breezes and Maui sunsets while relaxing on your patio and looking right at the koi pond & fountain. Maui doesn't get any better than this!
Resort Amenities: The beautiful Papakea Resort is located on the ocean (short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping) in the Kaanapali area of Maui. This property has wonderful tropical gardens and ponds. The amenities include 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, 3 lighted tennis courts, 2 shuffleboards, 2 putting greens, 12 gas BBQ's, picnic areas and free High-Speed Wi-fi access.
NO HIDDEN FEES- Papakea does not charge a resort fee anymore.
During the Winter and Spring months also enjoy oceanfront viewing of the migrating humpback whales. Dolphins can be seen throughout the year!
This property is located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. If you would like to stick closer to home, you can walk or take a quick drive to Whalers Shopping Village in Ka’anapali. You are also within walking distance to the grocery store, fine dining, casual dining, the popular Farmers Market, Fish Market, and much more! There is a convenient ABC Market just steps off the property with a fantastic deli and ready to eat goodies and great gifts! There is also a transit pick-up/drop-off location, located just outside of the resort (by the abc store).
By request of the owners and guests of Papakea, this is a non-smoking room and facility.

The bed was beyond comfortable and for once had plenty of pillows! This unit was wonderful - I could not recommend it highly enough. It was perfect for our family time in Maui.

This property deserves the 5 stars we gave it. The remodel was tastefully done and is even better than the pictures. The owners were great to work with and the folks on property were friendly and helpful. Definitely glad that we stayed!!!

Beautiful ground floor condo. Pictures are representative of what condo actually looks like. The bedroom picture makes it look larger than it truly is but still very nice. Very comfortable bed. We used condo provided Beach chairs and nice cooler every day. We had extra adventure of Hurricane Lala while there and lost power, cell phone coverage and WiFi for 24 hours but just hung out at condo and resort - everyone was friendly and looked out for everyone else in complex. The Emergency Kit in condo was out of date and flashlight batteries were corroded but luckily we always pack a flashlight on all our trips so no big deal. Condo and resort grounds are beautiful and enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with beautiful garden views of koi ponds and water fountains. Two nice pools and hot tub pools and lovely grassy areas overlooking oceanside. Had to check in and out at the office and they had to call owner when we were checking in to verify we were authorized to check in so check in process a little more involved. Luckily owner answered phone call immediately. All in all a lovely condo and great place to stay on Maui.

Everything was brand new and beautiful including the appliances. The grounds were immaculate and offered great ocean views. My husband particularly enjoyed bbqing every evening while looking at the ocean.

Everything was in excellent condition. Host provided an adequate supply of starter essentials. King bed was very comfortable.

Good space to be in. It fit just the two of us. Plus the shower head was amazing! It was home away from home.

The host was welcoming and sent a very helpful email before check in. We had a very comfortable stay in this unit with it being very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time, and very much enjoyed this property and in particular, this condo. The location was perfect. The kitchen was spectacular, with all new appliances. Perfect for having a few meals at home rather than going out for everything. Having ground level, with a view of the grounds and wonderful patio made this the perfect unit. Connie was very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks so much for a perfect stay!

The unit was absolutely wonderful. Very modern and updated with newer appliances. Would highly recommend this unit if staying in Maui!!

Great Location and Great Hosts
The location and amenities of the condo were great. Our hosts were excellent, responses to inquiries were very quick and we were able to check in early. We spent an excellent week in Maui and this location was convenient for beaches and places to eat/shop.

Great location - well stocked unit
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The location has a really nice tropical breeze and being first floor is extremely convenient.

We are owners of this unit as of July 2016. We are from Seattle, Wa. and we love to come to Maui as I am sure you will as well. We love the sun and the beautiful island of Maui. There are so many things to do here as well as completely relaxing if you want to. We hope you really enjoy your stay at our condo in the Papakea Resort.

We love the Kaanapali area in Maui and have come here several years now. in looking at many of the resorts in the area, we fell in love with Papakea. I like being a little bit away from Lahaina, but yet close enough to conveniently drive down there if we want to. There is a market and shops literally across the street, wonderful beaches, restaurants, shopping very close by.

Our brand new unit is very roomy and makes you feel like home. You can walk right out the sliding doors onto our deck with table & chairs and enjoy the beautiful garden area with the Koi pond and relax, or you can walk a few steps to the pool and beach. We have a really nice grassy area by the beach where you can lay out in the sun or read a book. You can walk to the ABC store right next door or across the street to a grocery store, restaurants, shops without even getting into your car. None of the beaches are private, so you can go to any beach you want and relax in the sun or play in the ocean.
