This gem awaits you and your lucky guests. Once you are here you won't want to leave. This gated community offers 2 heated pool, with 1 one of them being a saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness room and community clubhouse, 1 parking space and immaculate grounds.
The vaulted ceilings are one of the many benefits you will find when you step inside here with no one living above you in this second story 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Nothing was missed when setting up this home away from home for you I am sure you will find the split floor plan and beautiful décor quite comfortable.
Venturing out this location is absolutely perfect with super easy access to Hwy 60 and the 202 loop.

Comfy condo close to shops and restaurants in Mesa

Stayed here for a quick weekend. We had all the comforts of home and then some. Will stay again next time I’m in the area

Great condo rental and area

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo unit. It offered us everything that we needed. The pool was great and tge location was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

Very clean. Easy to get around. Host is very friendly and quick to respond if you have questions. Pools were nice and area was nice. Great experience. We will stay here again if we have a chance to visit the area again

Amazing host and a great complex

The gated complex and amenities were very nice. Our host was amazing, and everything you could possibly want or need in our place was provided, including a very sweet welcome basket of snacks. Communication with the host was also wonderful. I would stay here again - our family enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful easy place to stay

We were in town for a swim meet at Skyline Aquatic Center and found it cheaper to VRBO than hotel. This place was close to the swim venue and suited the 4 of us very well. Jane was very communicative and provided all information ahead of time and responsive when necessary.

Great on short notice

Had to make a last minute trip to Arizona and was happy to see something like this available on such short notice. The condo was great and very clean. The host is very communicative and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again

This was our second stay at this location. Always clean, excellent communication with the host (Jane) and THE best water pressure ever!! Will seek out this property again in future. Highly recommended!

Phoenix stay

It worked well for what we needed, it was noisy early in the day due to construction, we loved the helpfulness of the host, it was difficult for 2 of our party to go up the stairs, but overall it was nice!!!
