House was great for the 14 of us. Plenty of room and plenty of bedrooms. Pickleball courts right next to house was a huge plus. Driveway and garage can hold 5 cars. Large kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking items.

Jack was a very appreciative guest and was great to work with! His family is more than welcome to return to the home for their next family reunion. We were glad that Jack’s family enjoyed the huge deck and private Hot Tub at the home, as well as the convenience of both the Pickleball courts and the year-round heated swimming pool complex! As Jack pointed out, the kitchen is fully furnished for accommodating large groups. The home has two full-size refrigerators, plus a standing freezer. In addition, the home has two microwaves, 3 coffee makers with supplies, along with condiments and spices for the Chef in your group. Previous groups have really enjoyed the convenience of the ski shuttle that picks up your group at the front door of the home within minutes of your request, and returns you to the Home at the end of your day!

This was the perfect house for our group of 7 guys. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The shuttle bus service stopping at the house made getting to and from the slopes so convenient. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this house. We plan on returning again next year.

What a great guest, Sam has been for many years! His group is very mature, considerate, helpful, and treats the home as he would his own! Sam is from Jacksonville and a huge football fan! Sam’s group is deciding which week next ski season they want to reserve, which they do almost a year in advance.

Great place and close to the slopes!

We had the best time as a large group. House accommodated everyone so well, and the free shuttle to the ski lifts was so convenient. We will absolutely stay here again!

Blake was a really special guest, with his professional feedback regarding the home, the area, and the first class shuttle service from the home directly to the ski slopes! His group is welcome to come back anytime, as the home not only provided convenient access to great skiing, but also provided access to the best heated swimming pool complex in the area!

This group of 12 golfers were extremely respectful of the home, and left the home as they found it. They were very cooperative, and even agreed to depart before the check out time to allow the home to be cleaner in time for the arriving guest that afternoon. This guest received a 5 star review from us, and is welcome to return at any time.

Family Ski Getaway

Property worked great for family ski trip. Lots of space and beds for our large group. Easy shuttle to and from lift. Host is great to work with. Likely to return next year.

Great location perfect for large families

Seamless checkin. Loved unit and bedrooms and kitchen area. Many amenities. Would definitely rent again if going to Beaver Creek with large family. Our own shuttle to slopes was very convenient.

Family trip

We stayed at the property with 12 family members, including kids of various ages. The house easily accommodated our party with many possible configurations, and the bunk room and pool table were a big hit with the kids! We all really enjoyed the quiet and convenience of Arrowhead - including the shuttle to the Arrowhead lift, which was not crowded and provided easy access to Beaver Creek for ski school. Wonderful experience overall!

This classy group was wonderful to work with, and took great care of the home as if it was their own! They really enjoyed the sleeping and dining layout of the home, which is set up for large groups. The shuttle app is amazing, and is so easy to coordinate skiers directly to and from the ski lift at all times during the day! We encourage the group to return throughout the year, including the cool summer with low humidity.

Colorado 75th Birthday

The property was well equipped and clean. The location is very convenient to Edwards shopping and multiple recreational options. If you enjoy the outdoors and want the Colorado experience this is a perfect place. If you want to eat out or dine locally or just chill , this is where you should be. The home gets a 5 star and the owner is a premier host who gets another 5 star rating.

Positives:House was large enough for our group of 16 with plenty of bathrooms for all. House was very close to pickleball (which was a treat) and exit to highway. Patio was spacious and accommodating for all our group. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Owner was kind enough to allow us in early on check-in date. Arrowhead area was convenient to Edwards, Avon, and Vail. Vista restaurant was excellent. Areas of dislike:House was NOT clean! Door to outside patio was filthy and we cleaned it immediately. Patio had nails/screws popping up that are dangerous, especially for kids. Freezer outside (packed to the gills) had 4-5 year old food in it. Power went out so we took liberty to toss it in garbage. Cannot believe a house worth millions trying to accommodate large parties has NO garbage disposal. Cabinets and drawers had way too much clutter to the point there was no place to put all our food items. Needed to clear off a dining table to put our food/snack items. Bedrooms were cluttered with large stuffed bears. Board Games (listed in vrbo) were incomplete, crushed, or in disrepair. There was mold in the master shower area (ceiling) and any grout or caulking was done unprofessionally. This house needs a DEEP professional cleaning and decluttering. There were at least six dirty mops in the garage as well as multiple items of the same use. Probably 50 ski poles in a box. The house should not be rented until these items are fully addressed. I would not rent it.

Negative comments from this guest were motivated by his call to VRBO with his request to receive a refund based solely upon incomplete board games left by previous guests. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to this guest’s arrival. The home has 2 full size refrigerators and one full-size standup freezer for guest use, and ample provisions in kitchen cabinets and drawers for the use of large groups staying at the home. Power was briefly off in the entire Vail/Beaver Creek area, resulting in no spoiled food. Ski poles in the garage left by previous guests are available for use by future guests. Stuffed bears are only in the bunk room for children’s enjoyment.

Star Gazing Amazing

The house was in a quiet location inside an exclusive neighborhood. We spent every evening outside on an amazing patio watching the sunset and an awesome array of stars in the night sky. Bring a telescope or binoculars if you can. The outdoor activities abound from this house, enjoyed our time there immensely.

This guest was exceptional in every way! The guest left the home in excellent condition, and treated the home as if it was his own! We recommend this guest to owners of other vacation home rentals, and hope that the guest will return to our home as soon as possible.

Big guys golf trip

We had and excellent visit at this property. The ability to house 16 adults in one house for a golf trip was fantastic. While the bedrooms were packed, there was lots of living space upstairs in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. For a summer visit, the large back deck (with hot tub) was awesome and tennis/pickleball access was right next to the house. Communication with the property manager was excellent and timely. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great Stay

Ample room for many. Spacious. Decorated in arts and crafts/ old west theme. Generous appliances/supplies. Next to Pickle ball and Tennis Courts. Large outside space gas barbecue. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely swimming pool.

This guest enjoyed many of the home’s amenities, including huge deck with private hot tub, both gas and charcoal grills and ample seating for large group outdoor meals. The guest also enjoyed the convenient tennis and pickle ball courts adjacent to the home, and the best heated swimming pool complex In the area.

This guest was immature, disrespectful, and unappreciative! He amazingly demanded to receive a discount, if his group agreed to arrive after the check in time!!! For large groups, Ample dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pots, blender, can and wine openers, 2 microwaves, 2 full size refrigerators, new large capacity clothes washer, 3 clothes dryers, indoor and outdoor seating, TV in every room, free tennis and pickle ball courts, best swimming pool/hottub, etc. are all provided at no additional cost.

Edwards CO. Great location.

House is in a fantastic location to explore Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen. Close to Avon and Edwards. Beautiful private neighborhood. The house could use some serious decluttering! Too much stuff in the bedrooms and too many items in the kitchen when you opened up a door. Clean out some of the items and make them more organized for a VRBO stay.We had to remove pictures (way too many personal photos) from a table in the bedroom so we could do a couple zoom calls in a private room. Just too much stuff in my opinion for a VRBO. Prefer a more staged experience for this much cash. Again, great location...remove some of the clutter for a better experience.

Thanks to this guest for his nice comments, who may not be a Chef, as Kitchen cabinets are intentionally furnished for benefit of large groups, and the chef in your family, with all necessary dishes for adults and children, pots and pans, utensils, steak knives, scissors, pizza cutter, measure cups, strainers, beverage pitcher, serving bowls, platters, and baskets, crock pots, wine openers/glasses, 3 coffee makers, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, garage freezer, spices, condiments, coffee filters, gas grill tools, dish and dishwasher soap, dish towels, etc., etc…. Previous guests have enjoyed some personal family photos, as they are guests in our home, so they don’t feel like they are in a “staged” hotel like environment…

Location was perfect

This is a wonderful location. We were able to find so many things to do within a 15-30 minute drive of the house. Tennis courts close to the house made it a lot of fun. The pool was further from the house than expected. The house was decorated with way too many knick knacks-----many of which had not been dusted for months and it made the house feel very crowded. Outdoor deck was lovely. While we loved the location, the house does not sleep 25 comfortably as advertised.

This is the only home available in the area to accommodate 25 persons at a reasonable rate per person... ideal for a family reunion. This guest raved during the stay at the 7 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home by her large family of 24 persons. She graciously said that her group loved the convenience of the tennis and pickle ball courts adjacent to the home's huge deck, and how much her family enjoyed the activities at the lake near the home. Her family was able to sleep the 24 persons in her family with the 2 king beds, 4 queens, 3 doubles, and 7 twins for the adults,, & a fold out sofa and several fold out cushion chairs.for the kids.

Just what we needed

Our family of 21 stayed here for a family reunion/50th anniversary. We had tons of space, plenty of activities to do, and the kitchen was able to handle prepping and feeding everyone. The pool was close by and nice to have in the summer. We were even able to get groceries delivered to the house. The house had some quirks as all rentals do, and directions for some things like the A/C and the pool entrance were not correct. But overall this place worked out well. Be aware that if you have more than 18 people there is a charge per person. It did mention an extra charge per person in the listing, but it did not mention at what point it was considered extra people. For the price and location, we would definitely use this house again.
