The suite offers lots of light, blinds, queen size bed, 2 flat screen t.v.'s with all the cable channels, Wi-Fi, dining table, couch, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee & tea maker, toaster, dishes, drinking glasses, utensils. The self contained suite is in the upper section of the house. It is +/- 500 square feet, total space, The unit is separate and you enter and exit through your own private entry way on the side of the house, up one flight of stairs to a private deck. Private bathroom connected to the bedroom. Laundry is available on-site on Tuesdays + Thursdays from 5-8PM. Laundromat is located at 8111 W. Manchester Blvd. Open daily 7AM - 10PM.

Amazing

It was clean and so nice! I almost missed the fridge and hot plate in the front closet. It was a little warm, but with the windows cracked it was fine in the evenings. The rental wasn’t too far from where we wanted to go or places we wanted to order food (highly recommend Teddy’s Red Tacos, btw) My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. They were perfect hosts! If we plan another trip to Playa del Rey , we will definitely be back.

Excellent and prompt customer service!

The owners were very friendly and welcoming! Anything that we needed, DeAnn was prompt at replying to my messages and attending to our needs. The suite was clean, and spacious for my boyfriend and I. The only negative aspect was the neighbors felt like they were right outside our window. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend!

Cozy home away from home.

We enjoyed the privacy, comfort, and scenic views. The roof deck was a plus! Host was personable and responsive to a minor issue that was resolved quickly. Overall a great experience.

Check in process needs improvement

Everything about the stay was fine once we were there. I wish the check in process would have a been a bit more detailed once the reservation was confirmed or had more communication about how to check in or get in to our room. This was our first time using vrbo so I wasn’t sure how it worked, but on different platforms I would always get either the code of the lockbox where the key would be ahead of time or some information on how we would check in before arriving. In this case, there was no communication about how to check in. We eventually got there and saw someone wondering around the place and told her we had a reservation and she helped us in.

Some of the neighbors could be a little noisy, but the it was a great spot to squat for a week

Quiet Beach Getaway

Was very nice to escape the city for a little and get some private time by the beach. It's a quick walk to dinner and the water. Very pretty walk as well
