Playa Minitas is a quick 1.5 mile golf cart ride (or walk!) away. The mediterranean village of Altos de Chavón, the marina, and the hotel itself are quick 7-10 minute golf cart rides as well. In Altos de Chavón, you can find many restaurants, bars, shops, and a mini market. Here you will also find an amphitheater, school, impressive landscaping/gardens, water fountains, and a public swimming pool with incredible views of the Chavón River and Dye Fore golf course. Altos de Chavón is also home to the #1 top rated restaurant in Casa de Campo, Onno's! Booked reservations will receive a discount on dining at Onno's! La Piazzetta, one of most renowned, longstanding restaurants in this area, offers an exquisite meal for your fine dining needs as well.

The home comes with a full time housekeeper / fabulous cook who works from 9am - 4pm daily, who can also stay to prep and serve dinner when arranged ahead of time, which does require a small fee for her taxi ride home. The housekeeper is included in the price of stay. You may submit a grocery list ahead of time via GoRomana and the villa will be stocked prior to your arrival (and we will try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have). The housekeeper will then prep any meals you wish during your stay - breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Please inquire directly for our local menu options.

This townhome also includes a large porch with ample seating by our brand new infinity pool with sofa and 2 chaise lounges. We have a fully updated kitchen; maids quarters for daily laundry / ironing needs; large living space with a smart TV; surround sound Sonos speaker system throughout the space; full bar and wine cooler; as well as additional dining and lounge area. The front courtyard is home to a BBQ grill and additional patio seating.

We have created a website GoRomana to help make arrangements for any of your in-villa massage requests, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, as well as grocery and liquor pre-stock and would be happy to assist in setting these up for you once your booking is confirmed. Half or full day boat rentals are also available so you can plan to visit some of the most prestigious, stunning private islands and beaches the Dominican Republic has to offer.
