Wonderful Villa in Casa De Campo

Wonderful villa, very well located in Los Almendros area right in the middle of resort so you can reach the beach, Altos de Chavon or marina in few minutes.

Villa has a large living room with skylight ceiling, comfortable sofas and excellent furnishings. Interior dining table seats 12 and a stereo and Sirius satellite radio that can be listened inside the house as well in the pool area.

Ample and beautiful terrace furnished with wicker sofas overlooking golf course, wooden gazebo comfortably furnished which invites you to enjoy romantic starlit skies. Twelve seats at teak dining table, jacuzz heated with gasi and solar system climatized pool to enjoy a swim any time of the year.

Nice air conditioning studio with a flat screen tv with home theater system to watch any good golf tournament or any other sport. Also dvd player and many movies to watch. Netflix access.

The villa includes fully staffed with a butler/bartender/chauffeur, one maid/cook. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing Services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional nominal charge for them to work later and stay overnight in the staff bedrooms of the Villa.

Employees are very well trained, bartender prepares delicious margaritas, cosmopolitans, sea breeze and is encharged of BBQ to prepare a beef feast or a seafood feast as guest might like. Also can do your grocery any time you need a refill.

Cook prepares many well proven recipes, local and international, that guests will enjoy everyday. Can prepare a variety of meal according to a menu english/spanish where you can select anything you might like.

Kids area with full swing set, tobogan and toddler seat under the shadow of a beautiful tree. Also a trampoline that kids enjoy and some adults. House has many pool toys for kids to enjoy or take to the beach.

As pandemic situation all over the world, we have taken strong measures to offer a covid 19 free enviroment to our guests: desinfecting all areas with quaternary ammoniun, employees with masks and face shields all the time, required to washing hands frequently and keeping distance with guests. Entrance with a desinfecting carpet.
