Margaritaville is a beautiful home that is perfect for anyone. In this home the living room offers a large screen smart tv and is great for lounging around. The kitchen has all new appliances and a beautiful feel. The dinning room is very warm and inviting. All of which are located in one very large space making gathering easy and comfortable. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, downstairs has 1 bedroom and bathroom. The deck over looks the bay with an amazing view. This home has a 500 foot lighted private pier with a pier house at the end for escaping the weather. The backyard offers plenty of shade and relaxing space with a covered patio and gazebo with a bluethooth speaker. Also a great foosball table for hours of fun.
Smart TV. WIFI. Washer and Dryer. Gas and Charcoal BBQ's. Air Conditioned. NO PETS ALLOWED!

The showers looked like the grout had mildew, maybe just stained, but couldn’t tell, with hairs on the shower floor; dust bunnies in the living area. The fishing pier was awesome! And the outside covered seating areas were great too. The kitchen is functional. The living area is welcoming and comfy. We loved the place and overall would come back.

Perfect location for a Port Mansfield fishing trip. House was great with lots of space for everyone, and the location provided easy access to the docks for meet-up with our guide and pier for night fishing or just relaxing.

Have stayed at this property 3 times, my go to for dock fishing and staying in port mansfield. Always a relaxing stay and a great time.

Fishing trip

Third year in a row fishing at Port Mansfield the second time staying at this house. Everyone loves it. The upgrades to pier are awesome fishing was fabulous. The house is everything you would imagine. Great outdoor patio were we hung out the most. Looking forward to seeing you next year

Port Mansfield

Nice set up of house. Bathrooms had not been cleaned, grills and some outside lights did not work. But overall would rent again.

Oh no Jerrie, we are so sorry that you found the property in less than perfect condition. We do try very hard to assure that all of our homes are in perfect condition when each of our guests arrive. We have reminded all of our team members to slow down and make sure they have not missed anything. Great Outdoors - Indoor bedroom cleanliness disappointing

The property was lovely and met out family's needs for space. All of the bed's linens were dirty and soiled. There were no replacement linens. Our property manager was very responsive and apologized for this condition. We stripped the beds and washed the linens to discover that the dryer was not functional. Thank goodness for the windy conditions outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor amenities and boardwalk.

Great views, great fishing experience, great cook out spot, and enough room for six adults and three kids. Had a great time and will come back probably next year for another three days Only problem is its little warm when sleeping on the second floor. ( probably best to bring a fan if sleeping up stairs comfortably ) ( knifes are getting dull and pans old, not surprised though )
