Incredible views and great fishing right off the dock with your own private boat slip. Fantastic fishing spot right on the beautiful Laguna Madre! Walking to a great restaurant and bait shop near by. Home has been recently remodeled and has a large members-only swimming pool right across the street!

Any time we are staying in Mansfield, we stay at Dean’s Dock. It’s the perfect place for a fishing group. It’s even a great place to bring the family. The host, Esther, is extremely responsive and helpful. We will be back next year.

Well stocked condo that had everything we needed and more, good location, functional layout for a small group, AC worked great. We enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to staying here again.

Home was perfect for a quick bay trip to Port Mansfield. Well stocked with supplies and the ice maker on the back porch was super nice for a rental home on the water. We enjoyed our stay and will more than likely rent again when we are down.

This is the perfect fish camp.Awesome location to ride your boat out to the Laguna Madre.Place is well kept and all the little details don't go un-noticed.

Great stay on the water!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We came for a fishing trip and appreciated the easy access to the bay and boat slip. The house was just what we were looking for. Perfect for a fishing trip with friends!

Company Fishing Trip

Property was awesome perfect for the weekend. Great location everything at the back of the house having the boat and cleaning fish and just hanging out was an awesome and beautiful house. Definitely will be booking for years to come for our trip.

Boys fishing trip

Everything was clean and had everything that you needed. Parking was easy and boat dock was nice. The downstairs deck was super nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay at Dean’s Dock. Esther thinks of everything so the condo is well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. Our fishermen value the boat dock, green light on the pier, and the ice machine. We all enjoyed the evenings on the deck. It’s just a really good place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit.
