You're viewing one of the top VRBO's in the Omaha area. This large, yet cozy, home is nestled in the heart of historic Dundee, an early 20th Century neighborhood in central Omaha. Amenities include revamped wood floors, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, memory foam beds, fenced in shaded backyard with a patio seating, grill & off-street parking. Nearly all furniture is new as of late 2017! We have Smart TV’s in every bedroom & a 4KTV in the living room, all with premium streaming options.
The space

There are 2 main level bedrooms that are easily accessed. Rest of the house requires some stairs. The upper room with 2 full beds requires a healthy flight of stairs accessed through the queen mainfloor bedroom.

Property was in a good location for what we wanted to do around the city of Omaha. It was stalked with some items that I would normally need to run and get from a store so that was a nice perk! Also the fenced in backyard was nice for the pets we had traveling with us. Hosts were great and responsive to our questions before arriving at the property! They even let us check in a little early! We would stay here again when visiting Omaha!

Great house, great location! House was very clean and so cute! Lovely sitting area outside and really appreciated the fence yard for our pet. Lots of shopping nearby as well. House was perfect for our stay.

Property was clean, well-maintained and well equipped with towels and supplies, and very comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom, closets have shelves with no place to hang up clothes. Flight of concrete steps in front not pictured in photo. Rear off street parking and easier access to house is available.

Great location to access the Omaha area with plenty of bedrooms to spread out and relax. The Host is very quick to respond to any questions or problems which I really appreciate. Plenty of towels and blankets, and the kitchen is well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely pick this house again.

Rated this as a 4. Grill ran out of gas. Furniture in the front room was a little uncomfortable. This was the group consensus. But otherwise everything was great. Best towels ever!! Plenty of room. Ice back yard area.

Clean, spacious, well appointed and so cute! Lots of room for a family stay. Easy to stay with kids (two toddlers on our trip). Owner was easy to work with, spot is in a great location. We will stay again!

Lovely, cozy and family-friendly house

Booked this house for a family trip and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with necessities. Brett was marvelous to work with and we will definitely be using this again!

Thankful for Family Time!

Our family was able to celebrate Thanksgiving together for the first time in 6 years. Dundee Charm was the perfect place for us to be together for a large meal, playing multiple board games, watching football and volleyball games and many great memories. Thank you for providing such a great location!

Delightful stay for large group

House was just as advertised -- lovely, clean spaces. Appreciated the abundance of furnishings, places to sit, bedrooms and baths with clean fresh linens and towels. Kitchen has everything you need! Thanks, Brett -- we had a nice stay and appreciate the way everything was taken care of for us. Highly recommend this home.

Charming house with a lot of room!

This is a nice home with lovely beds, wood floors and a surprising 4 big bedrooms. There a lot of kitchen amenities and extras in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again next time we are in Omaha.

Charmed again

Highly recommend this home. My second visit was just as nice as the first a year ago. Dundee location makes it easy to get anywhere in town. Plenty of space inside and out. Home was clean and ready. WiFi/TV/tech all good. There was COFFEE!! Will return if I get back to Omaha. 👍

Easy and convenient stay!

We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable in this cute rental. The only issue we had was one bedroom we had where my husband and I slept had a very low ceiling and my husband and I keep banging our heads on it. Otherwise, everything was great and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with!

New Years

Property was well located and well furnished (kitchen had more than most). Communication with the manager was a bit spotty as we had to ping him after check in time for the entry code. Coffee pot had not been cleaned from past use and dishwasher wasn’t unloaded. Nothing that would keep us from staying there again, but a couple of misses.

Centrally Located

It was fairly easy to get to the locations we needed to. Warning: This is not a house for everyone! Grandparents ended up staying in a hotel instead because they couldn't get up on the beds or in the shower. The bathroom on the main level is so tiny, I knocked the TP off trying to get undressed. As I'm sure it is with all very old houses, its super squeaky and loud, no sneaking in late! The stairs going upstairs and downstairs are pretty narrow and steep and not for the faint of heart. Things were very clean, we didn't use the kitchen. I wouldn't cram 11 people in here, we had 6 adult sized people and it was perfect. You should know is that there is no air conditioning upstairs in what I assume was once an attic. I thought we would be catching cool enough weather but we couldn't even open the windows because there weren't screens on them. It ended up being so warm up there, we couldn't use those beds the last night and had to find room on the main level couches. I would consider the area a little sketchy, I wouldn't walk around alone. The house sits on a pretty steep hill and the front steps are slanting a little so again, watch your step. All in all, we were hardly there so it was nice to have a centrally located home base and it was quiet. We saw bunnies and had a racoon visit.

Thank you for taking the time to review. I'm glad you noticed that we use extra-thick 14" memory foam mattresses for guest comfort. We also have footstools available for children and anyone else needing a boost. The bathroom in the basement is very spacious, featuring a double sink. The stairs leading to the basement meet code requirements, but please note that the stairs to the upper floor are slightly steep. However, we haven't had any issues with past guests. The attic has separate AC controls, and our team is always available to assist guests with programming or adjusting the TV and climate systems in the house. Dundee is a historic area of the city known for its safety and is highly sought after by families and professionals living in Omaha.

We loved our time at this beautiful home. It accommodate all eleven of us! Clean, perfect layout, maintained very well! Would definitely recommend for those visiting Omaha. We had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Parking was a breeze and location was prime. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to staying at this same location in our future visits!

Omaha weekend

We had a great experience - the owner went out if their way to accommodate our grandkids with lots of toys and vehicles, high chair and pack n play. Well stocked kitchen dishes, pans, etc. I would recommend grabbing coffee and spices that you like to use if you want to cook. Great tv setups plenty of room for 8 of us for the weekend. Convenient location, nice neighborhood.

Dundee Charmer, indeed

Everything about this home was great. Comfy living room and bedrooms. (The beds have kinda tall profiles with storage underneath and even though I’m a shortie I made it work. Comfy!) Nice kitchen. Perfect midtown location, close to stores and restaurants. Easy to book and check in. Great communication with the property host. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Nice back yard with room for my young lab mix to play. I’d sure love to stay here again the next time I visit Omaha.
