Spacious, recently updated rental unit within walking distance of downtown Omaha. Master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom with walk in closet on main level. Additional double bed and 2 single beds with another full bathroom on lower level. TV, wifi, fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Come relax and enjoy Omaha from this prime location.
There is are 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit that are first come first serve for all 4 units of the building. Additionally there is plenty of street parking available. It is metered Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm at $0.25 per hour.

This was a great option for a quick trip to Omaha. Close to the zoo and downtown attractions. It had everything we needed and was very relaxing.

Our stay was very pleasant! Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. The host was very helpful and was very pleasant to deal with. The communication was top notch. When we come back to Omaha, we will book the same place. Our family loved how spacious everything was. We have a family of 6. We had a very awesome experience!

We were very happy staying with Andrew! Plenty of room, close to the downtown area, wonderful prompt communication, extremely clean with everything you could possibly need! Everything was exactly as described, right down to the parking options! We gather right at home!!

Our girls trip to Omaha was made super easy by staying here! It was so close to downtown as well as the zoo and it perfectly accommodated four of us with a lot of room to spare. Andrew was easy to get a hold of, and the check in and out processes were quick as well! Definitely would stay here again!

Pros: The place was very clean and comfortable. There were outlet covers available, which was nice for traveling with small children. Dan was kind and kept good watch over the parking lot where we parked. It was a quick walk across the street to the children’s museum. The zoo is a close drive. We frequented the city parks which were superb. Cons: There was some water seepage in the basement carpet, but not completely surprising in an old building on a humid day. There is a dehumidifier to help. Steep steps to get up into the building, so definitely not handicap accessible. There is a jail one block over, and a fire station. So there was plenty of siren noise, but also not unexpected in a downtown area. We felt safe with our accommodations.Andrew was responsive. Everything was accurate with the listing. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Cozy, Clean and Central

The residence was a nice, clean space that was located in the center of the action as everything we planned to explore in the area were all just a quick drive away!

Great Location

My sisters and I stayed here for our annual sisters weekend. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to do was within walking distance which was great since none of us are familiar with Omaha!

Fantastic!

Family trip to Omaha to cheer on the Huskers in Big 10 baseball tournament. Place was exactly as described, and worked perfectly for us! Host was so great to work with and helped us out a ton by being flexible and understanding! We will definitely stay here again if we can!!

Comfortable Omaha stay

Andrew was a great host and responded quickly. We had a nice 4 night stay and we were able to walk to the Old Market area for dinner.

Perfect for our Family

Our stay at this condo was excellent. It was very clean and updated, was a mile away from the old market and was only a couple of miles from the Omaha Zoo. It was perfect size for our family of 5 and the owner was very friendly, prompt in answering questions, and was easy to work with. We have family in the area so come to Omaha about once a year and will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a hiccup at check-in, but Andrew quickly responded and fixed the issue. We didn't have to utilize the additional parking, but appreciated having it as an option if needed. Location was close to everything we were visiting for and a good fit for our family.

Quick Weekend Away

We came into town for the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholder Meeting. The location was great (walking distance), the rental unit was perfect for myself, husband, and son. My son had the whole downstairs to himself, and we felt safe. We would stay there again.

Great townhouse right in downtown Omaha! First, the host was so friendly from the booking process to information before the trip go any questions during our stay. He was quick to respond and very helpful.The home was incredible. Very comfortable and cosy, with so much space! We could have had 8 people there with no issues. The house had all the amenities we needed and extra towels and blankets. Parking was a breeze. We look forward to staying here again.
