Spacious, recently updated rental unit within walking distance of downtown Omaha. Master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom with walk in closet on main level. Additional double bed and 2 single beds with another full bathroom on lower level. TV, wifi, fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Come relax and enjoy Omaha from this prime location.
There is are 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit that are first come first serve for all 4 units of the building. Additionally there is plenty of street parking available. It is metered Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm at $0.25 per hour.

Great Location

My sisters and I stayed here for our annual sisters weekend. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to do was within walking distance which was great since none of us are familiar with Omaha!

Cozy, Clean and Central

The residence was a nice, clean space that was located in the center of the action as everything we planned to explore in the area were all just a quick drive away!

Comfortable Omaha stay

Andrew was a great host and responded quickly. We had a nice 4 night stay and we were able to walk to the Old Market area for dinner.

This was a very nice clean place. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood/area when we arrived at nighttime. However, we didn’t ever have any strange run ins.

The house was very comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. We were hoping to be walking distance from places and it wasn’t, but it definitely is a very short drive to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Convention stay

Had a convention at the Marriott Downtown and brought my family. The house worked great for us and was very comfortable. Between the parting on location and on the street for our two vehicles it was very simple and never had to park far away. I was even able to walk to and from the convention a couple of times comfortably. My daughter found the trundle bed and it was a struggle to get her out of it.

Cute apartment

Nice place. Beds are very comfortable and the space was very clean. Parking was a little short walk but easy to get to. What the owners show on VRBO pics for parking is correct. Easy walk to Old Market area and Children’s museum.

Weekend in Omaha

This place worked perfect for our needs. A 2 night stay with 4 adults. There was plenty of room for both couples to have their own space. (The basement would be perfect for kids to hang out.) The remodel was done well and we had everything we needed. Love the location, literally walked everywhere all weekend! The old market, children’s museum, shucks oyster bar etc all very close.The owner was super quick to respond and very helpful. I would recommend and will rebook if in the area again.

Great location

Loved this location! There was a bit of a hiccup upon our arrival, due to a software glitch, the place wasn’t quite ready, so the host refunded our first night and recommended a couple other places that would likely have a vacancy for the night. Score! (Embassy Suites makes a great Gin Blossom martini and has a great complimentary breakfast in the morning). Everything was within walking distance of The Old Market district, even a small grocery store. This place has recently been remodeled / updated. Loved the interiors. The only negative is the downstairs beds. Okay for kids, not great for adults. Only reason I wouldn’t give this place and host a perfect score. Price is right. Will definitely book this place again.

Nice and clean

Overall this place was fine. Booking and communication was simple. It was affordable when everyone else in the area had inflated their prices for the College World Series. It was clean and updated. You can tell the owners put a lot into the renovation. Only 2 Parking spots for 4 unit building. Inexpensive on street parking. Lots of emergency vehicle noise. It didn't bother us but we are used to it at home.The downstairs beds were weirdly squeaky kinda like being on an air mattress. Glade plug-ins were overpowering.

Excellent apartment, transitional neighborhood

The apartment was well decorated, clean, with all of the appropriate amenities. Check-in was easy, communication was clear and timely. The location for accessing Omaha was excellent. The location is in a mixed-class neighborhood with buildings in various states of repair, And some occasional maladaptive behavior, such as public drunkenness and screaming arguments. We are comfortable in neighborhoods like this, coming from the city center of Kansas City. Others may not be comfortable in this area if they have little experience living in urban environments. For us, however, it worked perfectly. Parking is parallel across the street, and was not an issue for us. We did not find nor did we try to locate the supplemental parking lot. Overall rating 4/5.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Great property and the owner was amazingly responsive to request. Very close to downtown and all thats happening. The place is actually quite large and you can relax upstairs while kids sleep below. Everything worked as advertised. I couldnt be more pleased with my stay.

Lovely Loft!

We love, love, loved this property. It was so cute, and the use of space for unique storage options was impressive. I was under the impression that it was closer to Old Market, that would have been a bit longer of a walk than we would have wanted, but we did walk to dinner a block and a half to Shuck's and it was excellent! Hope we get to stay again!

Cute, comfortable

Great accommodations. Very comfortable living room/kitchen and bedroom. One parking spot right in front of private entrance. Nice appliances and was very clean when I arrived. Will see if this property is available next time I visit Omaha.

Great place

Andrew was great, check in was easy. Super cute little place. Parking close is limited. Weather was cold and snowy so having to park our second car a little ways was a pain. Close to everything in Old Market. Great restaurant just right around the corner. Great space for 5 adults.

Close to everything!

Very clean, spacious well stocked property. So nice that teens had their own space downstairs, but still enough room for us all to be together upstairs. We will stay again when we return to Omaha.

Clean and modern

Clean and modern. Really well done property. Nicely located. Be ready for city noises or have some ear plugs if you aren’t used to them. Really loved this place.
