We enjoyed the place very much. It was exactly as described and had everything you could ever need, even if you didn't know you needed it. I love that it even had toys for our Molly girl and we added a new one as well. Katy was super easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would gladly stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. There were bathroom sample of everything you would need if you forgot to bring anything. It was just lovely.

We have stayed here several times. This is a very clean space and fully stocked with everything you might need and more. Comfortable beds and furniture. The porch is lovely overlooking the canal and often there are birds. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The only problem is there was a Nor’Easter, which certainly wasn’t the fault of the owner! I highly recommend this rental.

“Our stay was wonderful! The host was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was well-equipped, clean, and had all the little things that made us feel right at home. Communication was easy and the host was very accommodating. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!”

This is the perfect Chincoteague vacation spot. Everything you could possibly need is available at this property. Katy is very responsive and will make sure you have an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hostess and stay! The house is adorable, super clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything possible. There are tons of little pet things left around which made our pup so happy! The fishing dock was the highlite of the kids’ stay for sure!

This is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever had. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of extras are there if you forgot something, very clean, pet friendly, great location…. Etc! The just was very attentive and helpful as well. 10/10 score from us.

This was a fantastic rental! It was a great place to stay with our dog. Everything was well stocked and well organized. The king size bed was super comfortable. The location is great: an easy walk to the pony pen and downtown. Katy is a friendly and responsive host—we’ll be back!

The house was equipped with anything and everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Bed was comfortable and house was clean. The owner, Katy, was easy to reach and communicate with. It was a wonderful week and I hope to return.
My grandson Dakota and his dog Panic. It was wonderful to bring our dogs along!

We felt very welcome in are stay. The host was very clear on directions and everything. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with the family. The house was perfect and well displayed.

The family and I had a quick trip to Chincoteague island and Seaside Serenity was perfect for what we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a little inlet behind the property. Perfect for exploring. Our host, Katherine, was great. Easy to contact and very helpful. Everything was exactly how a vacation should be. Highly recommended!
