Relax and unwind at one of the most beautiful waterfront townhomes overlooking the Chincoteague Channel. With the living room and master bedroom balconies overlooking the Chincoteague Channel, you will take in some of the most peaceful sights Chincoteague has to offer. Every room boast a relaxing water view, with the ability to view both the sunrise and sunset. When you stay here you will really say "life is better on the water."
Please let us know if you would like to rent the boat slip when making the reservation this will be $100 added to the reservation.

Place was beautiful. The kids loved catching crabs right from the dock. Everything we needed was there. Would for sure come back. Had such a wonderful time.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, we really enjoyed our stay! We traveled with our 7-year-old and 13-year-old, and the home was perfect for our family of four. It is exceptionally clean, has everything you could need, and is just a quick drive into the main island. You can really settle in, relax, and enjoy your vacation.The views are beautiful, and it was so nice to sit out on the dock and watch the boats go by. We also loved the beautiful sunrises and sunsets right on the water. The hosts are great communicators and make everything very easy. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful property, and we would definitely stay here again!

A lovely home, in the perfect spot. Would definitely stay again, but would love to see a new mattress in the queen bedroom upstairs. It’s caved in the middle quite a bit and has a tarp feel to the mattress protector. Otherwise property is flawless. We especially loved the furniture on the balcony!

Perfect Chincoteague Getaway

The property is stunning!The pictures are spot on and the area is perfect. A short drive across the bridge to everything Chincoteague has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

The house was extremely clean, organized, and stacked with all the essentials. What we love most about the house is its location, but the fact that it is so clean helped us to relax even more.

Great Stay

The house was lovely and clean with plenty of space and a nicely equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for four adults and two kids.

We loved staying in your gorgeous home. The house had everything you could need, beautifully decorated and located just close enough to feel like your in town. We loved sitting on the balcony to listen to the live music played at Don's daughter and the Ropewalk. Thank yoy!

Chincoteague Townhouse

Wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean waterfront townhouse. Stunning views and a short drive to town. We even were able to see dolphins from the balcony and caught crabs off the dock.

Fantastic and clean

Once again, we stayed here and had a great time. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Great for our family with young kids, we did a lot of fishing off the dock, and caught a lot of croaker and spot fish. Thanks for a great stay!

Large space with fantastic views

Wonderful, clean, and spacious town home! Had absolutely everything you could possibly need. And location was pretty great also! 3 minute drive for Main Street and close to all fun adventures Chincoteague has to offer. Will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful views, comfortable home

We enjoyed everything about this home and property. Our teenage girls loved crabbing from the dock. It's a private location but super close to downtown Chincoteague and all that has to offer.
