Relax and unwind at one of the most beautiful waterfront townhomes overlooking the Chincoteague Channel. With the living room and master bedroom balconies overlooking the Chincoteague Channel, you will take in some of the most peaceful sights Chincoteague has to offer. Every room boast a relaxing water view, with the ability to view both the sunrise and sunset. When you stay here you will really say "life is better on the water."
Please let us know if you would like to rent the boat slip when making the reservation this will be $100 added to the reservation.

Enjoyable Stay

Our group had a wonderful weekend. The neighborhood is perfect away from the Island noise but close enough to all the fun. The view was priceless and we spent more time on the patio instead of in the house. The only recommendation is a late checkout would be helpful.

Will be booking again!

The property was detailed exactly as listed. Exceeded our expectations upon our arrival. My only note is that we could not find the indicated trash/recycling bin upon check-out-- we ended up tossing our trash at the nearby Trash/Recycle Center on Deep Hole Rd.

Peaceful Waterfront Location

My family and dog LOVED staying in this beautiful townhouse on the water. We especially enjoyed the balconies, deck, and dock. We saw so much wildlife from these areas (turtles, crabs, sting rays, jellyfish, many types of birds, and DOLPHINS). We were also within 15 minutes of the beach, lighthouse, wild pony boat tours, fishing charters, kayaking, and restaurants, and 25 minutes from a nice golf course. My son caught a shark and we were within a couple feet of the wild horses. We liked that the townhouse was away from Main Street (for peaceful times) but within minutes of so many activities. We will definitely return.

Beautiful views, comfortable home

We enjoyed everything about this home and property. Our teenage girls loved crabbing from the dock. It's a private location but super close to downtown Chincoteague and all that has to offer.

Chincoteague Townhouse

Wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean waterfront townhouse. Stunning views and a short drive to town. We even were able to see dolphins from the balcony and caught crabs off the dock.

Fantastic and clean

Once again, we stayed here and had a great time. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Great for our family with young kids, we did a lot of fishing off the dock, and caught a lot of croaker and spot fish. Thanks for a great stay!

The cleanest property we stayed in.

Entire apartment is of 7 star ratings. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern gadgets and appliances. Chinaware and silverware was of top quality.

Fantastic place!

My family absolutely loved staying here. Great location, the house is warm and comfy, and it was so easy to relax. Right on the water with multiple balconies. We often just stayed outside watching the water and the wildlife. We saw a great sunset too! And the location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and the wildlife park. We definitely recommend this delightful house!

End of Winter Getaway

We loved staying on the little island or marsh. The townhouse was beautiful and the views were unbeatable. The only thing we did not enjoy were all the loud seagulls on the dock everyday. They were a bit annoying, and took away the quietness of the location. The property manager & the owner were very friendly & very helpful.

This place was perfect. It was clean, fully stocked and in a great location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We specifically went to see the rocket launch from Wallops Island. We had a perfect view right from the property.

Great Thanksgiving Get Away!

My husband and I, along with our dog, enjoyed a nice and quiet get away in this beautiful home. The furnishings are attractive, the house is clean, well-equipped, and well- maintained. We especially appreciated the courteousness of the hosts to generously supply things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, and trash bags. We only used the bed in the master bedroom, but it was very comfortable. The views of the shimmering water from the decks and the windows were amazing. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Excellent Marsh Island Choice in Chincoteague

This townhouse and all of its furnishing are in brand new condition. The views were great. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Best of all the host messaged me and even brought sheets/towels in the home late in the evening as we had forgotten to pack them! Very accommodating host. I wouldn't recommend bringing a boat though to tie up at the dock as the channel is very choppy and it's not realistic to have a boat tied up unless there are idyllic conditions. That being said, there was a tropical storm off shore and the weather wasn't exactly ideal. We enjoyed renting biking and cruising through Assateague Island. The mini-golf was fun too. A nice place to visit for a long weekend.

Awesome place

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The internet was a bit slow, but hopefully that's a glitch. We would love to come back. The dock was great for fishing, we caught spotfish, croaker, sea bass, trout, and even a flounder! and crabbing off the dock was fun for the kids too. Thanks for a great stay!

Great townhome on Marsh Island

Beautiful property, clean house, gorgeous views, and a lovely week overall. Only slight downside is that marsh island is a bit removed from the main island. But otherwise, would definitely stay again. Thank you for a relaxing beach week!

Beautiful Waterfront Condo!

We loved Sea Gate! Our 8 days in the condo were wonderful — we needed to decompress after the last year! The two balconies are the star feature, right over the water. It was fun watching all of the action in town, as well as the watercraft, dolphin and birds. Kitchen well-equipped, king bed in master super comfortable and the a/c was amazing with the summer heat. We have a tall SUV and it fit perfectly in the garage. Close to downtown Chincoteague and everything it has to offer, it seemed like we were on our own private island. We’ve stayed on the island many times in the past and this was by far our favorite place. We can’t wait to come back!
