Spotlessly clean and well maintained property. Carlos was extremely responsive and expertly handled all of our requests. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, beautiful pool with breathtaking views! We will be back!

The house is lovely, roomy, clean, and perfect for a family reunion. The view of the ocean is divine and the beach near the property is among the most beautiful that I have ever seen in the Cabo area, even better than the Palmilla and the beach at the Montage

Amazing stay and hosts. We rented this villa for my sister’s bachelorette and it was so comfortable and cute for 11 of us girls. They had everything we needed. I do recommend having a rental car to grab any necessities like groceries and getting around. Walking to the private beach was amazing and security is on point. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ventanas! The house was immaculate, the views were gorgeous, the private beach nearby was a favorite of the kids, and Carlos was always readily available in case we needed any help or had questions. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for a private villa in Cabo. My one recommendation for other guests would be to make sure you rent a car to make it easier to get around for quick trips like groceries or just going down and up the hill to the beach.

Beautiful home and view

Such an awesome home with a fantastic view! The hosts were so accommodating and everything was exactly as pictured. Had such a great time at this home would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was just as it looked in the pictures and comfortable for all 9 girls. Carlos was amazing and very responsive when we would reach out with questions. He organized all of the transportation for us and arranged our meals that we had made in house. Huge thank you to him. I will say we were told that it would be able to easily order food for delivery via Uber Eats. It was not easy. We used Cabo Eats and even that was a challenge. Overall though the trip was amazing and the house staff was great!

Relaxing in Cabo

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable with you was amazing the staff was helpful. The property was located conveniently to all of our favorite restaurants in the store across the street was wonderful

Summer vacation

The house was beautiful and was perfect for two families. Loved the pool and the ocean view. Carlos is the absolute best, and he helped create a wonderful vacation for us!

I booked this property for a family vacation, with ages ranging from 12 to 69. We all liked the photos of the property and the place was exactly as the photos had depicted it . The kitchen was very well provisioned, I don't think there was anything that was lacking . We loved the pool and spent most of our time outdoors around the pool, including enjoying all of our meals outside . The bedrooms and ensuites were all lovely although the two children, who slept on the sofa beds, complained that they were quite uncomfortable . The owner of the property has a concierge who was at the home when we arrived and provided us with a few pointers which were very much appreciated, The housekeeper was delightful despite our inability to communicate with her because none of us speak Spanish . Not her fault, we were visiting her country ! Would we go back to this specific VRBO listing? Absolutely, we loved our time there and didn't want to leave !

Amazing villa.

My family stayed at Villa Ventanas for a week and it was a great place to stay. Kelly was a super responsive host and Carlos, the house concierge, was so helpful in addressing any issues that popped up and also helped with arranging a private chef who was amazing and any other activities we inquired about! We will definitely be looking at staying here again the next time we come to Cabo.

Beautiful and peaceful

What a beautiful property this is! The house is incredible and spacious. We loved the numerous outdoor areas to sit and watch the whales. Carlos is fantastic and took such good care of us and Margarita kept the house immaculate. Would HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous place and hope to return next year! Thank you!

Good house

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks with 2 sets of friends. The house works best for 3 couples vs. the 4 we had. The location and views are great. Carlos, the concierge, and Kelly were so great and responsive and helpful. We had chef Ojeda (Renee) come in and cook 3 times and would highly recommend it. We would stay here again.

Paradise in Cabo

We had an amazing time at Villa Ventanas! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite places to hang out and enjoy listening to the ocean. It was everyone's first time coming to Cabo, and Carlos, the house manager, made sure we were taken care of from our arrival until we had to leave. 10 out of 10 stars, we will definitely be back!

Cabo golf trip

Great place to vacation! Kelly was very easy to work with. She responded to my emails quickly and was very informative. Carlos was awesome! He gave us a tour of the house and hooked us up with whatever we needed anytime. Great recommendation for Chef Rene! I would recommend this place to have a nice getaway/vacation.

home away from home

The house is very well equipped with everything we need during our stay. The location is ideal, easy to get to Cabo. San Jose del Cabo and adjacent areas for activities, dining, shopping. The El Makado across the street was a life saver for our first night as it offered choices for a hangry group with teenagers and adults :-) Kelly is a very attentive and available host. We appreciated the welcome flowers and fruits bowl.

Heaven!

We had a group that had stayed at a resort on El Medano beach 15 years ago and this was our reunion. We wanted to be together this time now that the kids were older. After extensive research, we all decided this was the place. Kelly was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Carlos, the property manager, was there to help coordinate whatever we needed. It was extremely rekaxing, the house was cleaned everyday, which allowed us all to just enjoy the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Easter Break

Carlos was awesome and timely to respond to our questions! Great location to beaches that are swimmable and have snorkel spots! Close proximity to shopping and excellent restaurants! Beds very comfortable. A few minor housekeeping updates like sliders, light fixtures, beach key card would have given 5 stars. Whales a plenty from your amazing view!

Paradise

It was a return trip to a fabulous property. Everything about it was absolutely great. The concierge Carlos was wonderful. Sitting at poolside, looking out at the surf, watching the whales breaching . . . If it gets better . . . Not sure where.

Fabulous Time

Amazing. Proves you do not need to leave North America to have a magical experience. Our granddaughter was miserable for two days when she went home. Our kids loved it. On the 2nd week we had some fabulous “us” time.

Absolutely perfect!

The villa is very well maintained and has everything you need for pure relaxation. Housekeeper Sonia is extremely nice and helpful. The view from the pool and especially from the 2nd floor balcony is breathtaking. The location couldn't be better with a new supermarket across the road from the community and a gorgeous private beach just around the corner. And, on the top of all that, Kelly is the nicest and the most gracious host we've met in our life! This villa is a real gem!

Amazing Home.... Fantastic Family Vacation

The photos are great of the home online... but in person WOW the views are breathtaking and the home is well maintained. The booking process was a breeze, Kelly and Carlos were amazing to work with. We have stayed in a few vacation homes but this home was our absolute favorite, it was our home away from home. The house has everything that we needed through the stay, to top it off having Maggi there everyday was amazing. We enjoyed the view from the pool, having our family dinners outside around the large dining table every night, our morning coffee from the 2nd floor balcony, and game night every night. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and making our vacation fantastic. We will definitely be back when in Cabo again.

Great home in Cabo!

The customer service from the home owner and Carlos is fabulous! They want to ensure that you enjoy your stay in their beautiful home. We used Carlos to book us a ride from the airport to the home...very convenient and reasonably priced. Then, Carlos had a car delivered to the home an hour later for us to use for the week. It took out any of the anxiety of traveling. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood beach is a 1 minute drive and very private. We also liked the location of the home, close enough to CSL for the restaurants, about a 30 min drive, but also close to Palmilla, which has some nice restaurants. Our entire family loved our stay!
