Enjoy the beauty of San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, relaxing in 6,000 sq. ft. of luxury. Casa Blanca is within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and historic downtown, nestled on the 5th tee of the Vidanta Golf Course.

The home is host to amazing sunrises and sunsets; kids will enjoy the beach or a dip in the 40,000-gallon SOLAR heated pool and jacuzzi if you don’t like getting sandy. Eat out at the shops in Plaza del Pescador, or make your own creations in the kitchen designed for a chef. Whatever your pleasure, indulge yourself at Casa Blanca. A fully heated pool is available for an additional cost.

Casa Blanca
Casa Blanca is a one-of-a-kind house in San Jose Del Cabo, with a character that is unique to San Jose. The main level is the heart of the house with an enormous great room that has 12' vaulted ceilings and an additional 35' atrium.

Each of the four master suites has its own en-suite baths and its own walk-out patio. Above the pool area, there is an additional patio that has wonderful views of the golf course, and the rising or setting sun. A perfect place for to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day or coffee in the morning.

The kitchen and dining room are designed for entertaining guests. Designed by a chef, both the kitchen and the dining room are perfect for entertaining whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Casa Blanca's privacy is complete with parking and an electronic gate, so you feel both safe and secluded.

Perfectly located in the heart of the Hotel Zone with public Beach access (400 yards away) for walks on the beach, the estuary, or visit the nesting turtles when in season. Less than 10 minutes walk away from historical centro district where San Jose's art galleries, art walk and restaurants entice your senses. Your choice of tamales or fine dining on the square. The famous Art Walks on Thursday nights beckon you to wander the art district and view the local galleries while sipping local tequila, or wine while appreciating the beauty of local culture. Wander around and finish the evening off with a great meal.

The East Cape on the Sea of Cortez offers miles of white sand and empty beaches.

A 25-minute drive to Cabo San Lucas shares a different kind of Baja experience. Nice for a visit, or shopping, enjoy the marina or the nightlife. If you go past San Lucas and up the Pacific side of Baja you will come to Todo Santos, a small community with beautiful organic farms and surf beaches.

Swimming on Pamilla Beach is open to the public only a 5-minute drive away!

This was a fantastic house for our family Cabo trip ! Great location and close to restaurants and the downtown to walk to . Pool was refreshing and the hot tub warmed up quickly ! Huge kitchen that had everything for homemade meals - and for the chef we hired for a night . Big bedrooms with comfortable beds . My only complaint were that the pillows were kinda hard …. Definitely recommend this house for a vacation !

Our family, of 6 adults plus an 4 year old and an 6 month old, absolutely loved this place! The pool was a hit! Our little grand daughter spent many many hours in the pool! It is close to everything. Perfect location. Pat was a great help with everything. Fantastic!

Wonderful stay!!!

What a great time we had at Casa Blanca. The house was amazing. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. Communication with Patrick was great, he was always available if we had any questions. Hope we can return soon!

Perfectly located and furnished

Our family stayed here and there was ample space to hide from one another. The kitchen is great. House is quiet but in walking distance to grocery, beach and square.

Lovely and Walkable

Lovely little Oasis in San Jose del Cabo! Walking distance to town, resorts, and the beach. Host is super communicative and knowledgeable and the house has everything you need for a group!

Great house and location

My family and I loved this house! There was more than enough room for the 12 of us to never feel crowded. We were able to walk or take a short taxi ride to everything we needed. We hope to stay here again some day!

Second stay at this property

We had a great trip! This was our second stay at this property and it was as good as the first. Easy check in and out. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Nice layout for a big group of friends with the bedrooms away from each other and large common area. We highly recommend staying here!

This huge, clean house with a well-appointed kitchen was perfect for our multi-generational group. There was plenty of space for the 7 adults and 2 kids, and the grownups appreciated that each of the four main bedrooms has a private bathroom. We split our water time between the fantastic pool and hot tub in the yard and the nearby beach, which has a public access point less than half a mile from the house. There are multiple coffee shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Patrick, the property manager, was very responsive and provided a great overview of the house and restaurant suggestions.

Family Wedding

The house was much larger than portrayed in the photographs. It was the perfect location for our extended family’s first stay in Cabo to celebrate our daughter’s wedding, which took place at Flora Farms.

The house was everything advertised. Spacious, clean, convenient location, well stocked with supplies, and most of all an attentive property manger. He was the best and was there for us when needed!

The house was perfect for our extended family, well equipped and well maintained. Close to beach,shops and services, etc. Owner and manager were both responsive. Our only disappointment was having to pay a significant premium to have the pool heated. For a houseful of adults who are only having a short dip now and again, the pool was certainly warm enough. However it was too cold for young children who want to spent hours in it every day. It all worked out, but would have appreciated knowing in advance.

Hi Angela, Thank you for the review. We do state in the description that the pool is partially heated via solar panels on our roof. The pool sits around 70 degrees with the solar heating but with the local temperatures it can sometimes feel chilly. For full heating there is an additional cost of $80 per day (also mentioned in the description). This cost covers the gas that is required to heat a pool of this size. We do not charge anything on top of the cost for gas. This is a 12 foot deep pool so as you can expect it take a lot of fuel to heat this amount of water. We are not attempting to hide any additional costs and all of this can be found in the house description so guests are aware before they decide to book our property.

Everything stood as exceptional. Patrick greeted us upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know about the house. We had a few questions about how things worked during our stay and he was quick to respond and very helpful. The casa was perfectly outfitted for our family of 10 with 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 toddlers. It was a short walk to the beach, but the pool and hot tub were so great we spent most of our time enjoying them! We had a great family time: cooking and eating together, playing ping pong, games and cards, visiting the beach, San Jose and Cabo. It is now our favorite place to stay in San Jose and we hope to be able to book it again in the future.

Fantastic!

Fantastic huge house! Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beach (not a beach for kids/swimming). The pool was amazing for our kids. The hot tube heats up in 10 minutes! Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner. Easy communication and check in/check out. Would definitely recommend.

Nice house, well equipped, conveniently located near beach and restaurants

We had a great seven day stay in this very practical and large house that easily fit our group of 8. It’s conveniently located near beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was great, it’s very deep in most places so be careful with kids that can’t swim yet (although life jackets and pool toys are available). Though the weather was warm, we did end up requesting to have the pool be heated to make it more comfortable. The Manager was very helpful and available when needed (which we really didn’t need much at all as everything was well taken care of). Recommendations near by are tacos Lateral, the pizza place on the corner and the Comer supermarket that had everything you need. As for activities we went Whalewatching (Salty), ziplining (Cabo Azul) and to one of the public beaches. San Jose del Cabo’s down town area was also very nice, with many good restaurant options and vibrant night life and easy parking on the circle road.

Spectacular 5-Star San Jose Home

Our family of 12 leave San Jose with wonderful memories of our stay at Casa Blanca. The pool was a big hit with our 6 grandchildren and the beautiful, clean home provided comfortable space for everyone. Great location, too! Patrick was attentive and extremely helpful.

Great house, great location

Huge house with plenty of room for 10 adults. Walk to the beach (not a swimming beach) and restaurants, walk or drive to the main square, close to grocery stores. Quick drive to some great swimming beaches (we loved Chileno Beach). We loved the pool and hot tub! Everything was very straight forward and the property manager was quick to respond.

Cabo 11 - Graduation Celebration

Exactly what we needed! This property was everything the photos showed and more. We were so impressed with the actual size of the house; the bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen allowed for multiple people to cook or prepare and was well stocked with equipment; the pool/outside area was so welcoming and a decent size. With 11 people, we never felt like we were on top of each other and the bedrooms are far enough away from the living area that sleeping in peace was easy. The beaches close by are not for swimming or surfing, so that was really the only disappointment. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops down the block and the estuary a short distance away. We drove 10 min to swimming beaches daily and Flora Farms our last day. We enjoyed the San Jose del Cabo Art Walk and a day trip to Los Cabos and Lover's Beach. We had a minor issue with water, but Patrick, the concierge, took care of it and all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2020 Stay

Property was amazing place to relax and enjoy some good weather for Spring break for a large group. Amazing pool and hot tub and house is clean and very spacious.

Awesome house in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Huge, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with detergent were nice to have. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Hot tub and pool were also great. Easy check in and out. Some good restaurants a short walk away (we recommend Latino 8 and La Galería) and Cabo Fitness Center right down the street has day passes for 210 pesos. The Walking path along the Zona Hotelera was nice for walking and running and it is a quick and easy 45 peso Uber ride to old town for the art walk, shopping, and street food vendors.

Cannot say enough about this property!!!

We stayed at Casa Blanca with friends for my 50th birthday. The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we could possibly need and situated perfectly within walking distance from the historic district, restaurants and the beach. Any minor issues we may have had were immediately addressed by the property manager. Thanks so much and we will be back!!!

We fell in love with this home in 2014 while on a family vacation and have spent the last few years fully renovating the house. We are now ready to offer it for rental and hope that you will love it as much as we do.

The house is great for multi-family vacations as well as small families that want more space. The house is steps away from shops and restaurants and across the road from the beach. Just a few minutes drive, is a large grocery store and also the downtown area. So much to do in San Jose del Cabo and this house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing family vacation.

We have a House Manager in Cabo whose first language is English and speaks fluent Spanish. He will meet you at the house and can arrange trips, fishing, adventures, and dinners, as well as anything else you might need while staying at Casa Blanca.
