1 bedroom 1 bath with queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area, deck with hot tub overlooking creek/inlet that leads to the river just around the corner. Smart TV with free streaming, Wi-fi, board games/puzzles. Indoor/outdoor bluetooth speaker, gas outdoor grill, fire pit table on deck . Pet friendly with additional fee of $20 per night. Also $20 per night per person over 2. Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY a $150 fee will be charged if there's a smell of cigarette smoke inside. Fire ring for camp fires down the hill by the water. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishes, pots, pans. Bedding including linens, towels and blow dryer provided. Drip coffe pot and complimentary coffee, cream, sugar. Hiking trails at Mt. Magazine and Mt. Nebo both about an hours drive. Skydiving at Paradise Valley Skydiving in Clarksville. Pridgin Family Brewery in Scranton. ATV trails about a 30 min. drive, map of the Forest Service ATV roads/trails provided in cabin. Side by side rentals and guide service in Mt Magazine at www.schlutermanatvtours.com. Canoe and kayak rentals at Turner Bend about a 45 min. drive. Wineries and wine tasting in Altus about a 35 min drive. Perfect for anyone just wanting to get away from everything, Very peaceful and quiet. At the dead end of a 4.5 mile well maintained dirt road.

Cozy Cabin

We just love this cabin. This was our 4th trip. It is so quiet and peaceful. The cabin is perfect for a quiet getaway.

Weekend Retreat

The place is secluded and very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire table. Our corgi loved running around the property. Would love to come back.

Beautiful get away cabin

Little get away

Absolutely loved our stay. It was out of the way and private. Enjoyed napping in the hammock or relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin was the perfect size and beautiful.

Cozy cabin review

My wife and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing time, very secluded and quiet. We visited a winery, and several waterfalls in the Ozarks. Recommend to anyone that wants to spend some time alone and enjoy nature.

Cozy getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy one bedroom cabin in the woods. Hot tub on the deck, firepit next to the water beside an inlet to the Arkansas River, and gas firepit on the deck. Wineries and breweries within a short drive.

Cabin was really nice and clean, and rooms had plenty of space despite how small it looks from the outside. Hosts provided much more than we anticipated and we ended up being quite a bit more than needed. The deck and surrounding area was awesome, with plenty of woods, tiki torches, propane grill, propane fire table, and of course the hot tub. Plus the ambient lighting installed around the deck was a really nice unexpected touch.The first night, we thought something may have been wrong with the hot tub as it didn't seem to be heating up much. Messaged Layla about it and she was quick to respond and very helpful. Turns out we just didn't realize how long it takes to fully heat up. We let it continue overnight, and the next day it was perfect. We couldn't be happier with our experience here and really appreciate Layla's help and advice on the local area

Anniversary Getaway

Perfectly described listing! It was relaxing, quiet, cozy, secluded and loved every minute that we were there. Hot tub was sweet! We both needed time to unwind and this place was spot on. We loved the personal touch of the snack basket. The little extras under the bathroom sink came in handy because somebody forgot their toothbrush. We both recommend ths location if a relaxing break is needed.

R & R at its finest

Getting to the property I thought I was lost. It's a ways back in the sticks, but enjoyed the beautiful views on the drive back there. The cabin was perfect and gives new meaning to rest and relaxation. All the amenities you would have a home minus a washer and dryer, and paper towels. The Cozy Cabin was clean and well put together. Outside on the deck or in the hot tub was nothing short of amazing and the views weren't to shabby either. Will definitely be booking this secluded Cabin again in the future!!

Great Secluded Getaway

My wife and I booked this property for our anniversary this year. It is really tucked back in the woods/farmland, so if you're looking for a secluded spot this is definitely the place. The cabin is really nice, all the modern amenities you'd want in a vacation home, and the property is perfect. The hot tub was awesome after a day of hiking, and we loved having our coffee down the hill by the inlet. I would suggest coming with food/alcohol already, there are some stores in the area but it's a trek to walmart if you forget something. We had such a nice, relaxing weekend away, and we will definitely recommend this place to couples or small families looking for seclusion. The cabin is small though so I wouldn't suggest this for bigger parties.

Wonderful & relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin and it met all our needs and expectations for a weekend in the woods! The hot tub was clean and in good working condition -- the twinkle lights around the trees were super relaxing and really pretty! The fireplace patio table was cozy and warm. The host had some additional snack/water & toiletry amenities which came in handy as we ran out and was very much appreciated. The bed/pillows were comfortable. The host communicated well and we had no issues during our stay. **Noting a couple things for those reading if you haven't seen it in previous reviews: bring water & use it for drinking, ice, and cooking! The water from the faucets is pretty dirty. Also, the cabin is located on an inlet of the AR river - it's not very scenic, but the property is beautiful & wonderful despite it.

Worst anniversary trip

First of all I will say that the property was clean and that is why I gave it at least two Star. Pictures online are very deceiving because it made it look like there was a better view of the lake from the cabin- not the case at all. Inside the cabin the floors are very cold. I realize it is still winter time, but It would have helpful if they had some sort of area rugs at least in the bedroom, but there was nothing on any of the floors. The worst of it all was every time you turned on the water A horrible smell came up from the drains that also tasted and smelled like rotten eggs or sewage. So thankful that last minute we had picked up bottled water! Would not go back.

Quiet time retreat

Beautiful,Secluded and quiet location nestled in a forest of trees backed up to River. The cabin had all the modern amenities and the host has thoughtfully thought out all the needs and supplies. We were surprised to find an outdoor Bluetooth speaker and enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Highly recommend for your relaxing get away!

Everything about this cabin is perfect! Anything you could possibly need is already there. Sitting on the deck having my morning coffee admiring the view, it couldn’t have been a more perfect weekend! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!!

It was clean and nice and quiet. Had no distractions or disturbances. Had everything we needed. Even a speaker to play music on while enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. Definitely would go back. Super cute and cozy.

Peaceful relaxing cabin

We enjoyed our stay so much at this cabin. It was so peaceful and was a great relaxing weekend. Everything we needed was there and the cabin was very clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect getaway cabin!

Such a nice cabin for a quiet getaway. LOVED the hot tub. We hiked some trails at the nearby parks and just relaxed at the quiet secluded cabin. Would stay again!
