This is a 3rd floor walk up property. Our property is perfectly located in close proximity to downtown Billings, the Billings International Airport, and we are within walking distance from the Rimrock Auto Arena, rodeos, sports, concerts and other entertainment. Montana State University-Billings, the Billings Clinic and the Medical Corridor are 5 minutes away. Whether you are here to ski, hike, do business or recooperate, Starbucks, Alberstons grocery, Target, Office Depot, Tractor and Equipment are within walking distance. Sporting events and convention goers have the luxury of walking to events at the Rimrock Auto Arena from this location. Views of the waterway and Rims from the deck and bay windows are a unique and peaceful feature of this property, which is nestled in old tree growth and abundant wildlife. If you are in need of a quick workout, hit the Yellowstone Bike Trail for a quick workout. We have covered parking for one with plenty of uncovered space. Coin operated Washer and Dryer in the unit. This is a no smoking, no pets unit. This is a residence with a view over a water way abundant with wildlife coming and going.

Great Stay

We stayed for a week and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay with no issues.

Guests were nice, I enjoyed them, I would even condsider them again, I only have one recommendation, not to use kitchen towels and bathroom towels for heavy cleanup, it looked like boots or work related, it ruined 3 towels , which I will need to go out and replace, a suggestion would be to ask for shop towels I have plenty of them. Thanks

To start off, this lovely couple worked with us having a little one and for changing who was primary on the VRBO reservation which was amazing on their end. The place is nice and cozy and they supplied us with several fans to stay cool in the Montana heat. The beds were comfy, had wifi, and a nice little view of the creek! It is a great cozy place for a quick stay! Now the things we had some suggestions for improvement are supplying more towels, having a new shower liners (it was previously used and looked a bit gross, so we opted not to utilize that bathroom as a shower and only as a bath), maybe supplying more pots and pans for cooking, and maybe note on the VRBO listing that the units for washing and drying clothes are 2 dollars each in quarters (although they did supply for about 2.5 washes, it was not enough for the 3 loads we needed to wash), but again overall the place was clean and comfy. While this sounds all negative, we do think they are a great place to stay with! They were nice and had a nice place to stay for our trip!

Thankyou for bringing the shower curtain to our attention…. We have been having heavier bookings and quick turn arounds.Working with a different cleaning team.. and it most definitely was missed….but has been replaced. We have never had anyone say that there were not enough cooking pans etc.( even our longer staying guests) but have reaccessed and have added more items. We do provide laundry services in the unit to save you from having to leave the unit to do your laundry…and provide some quarters to get you started. Happy you enjoyed a lot that the unit had to offer and Thankyou for allowing us to work with you as your differ circumstances arose.

It was so conveniently located to everything we needed. The space was cozy and clean with the woodsy feeling of being in a tree house. There was sufficient space for us to stretch out and relax. This unit is on the third floor of a building tucked behind two other buildings. The building’s are not very well marked so it can be confusing if you come in after dark as we did. There were a few notes left for the host by us. First was the wall air conditioner in the main room did not cool at all. The refrigerator made a lot of noise randomly but still worked as needed, kept things cold and frozen. I was surprised to find that the laundry was coin operated- but the host provided quarters to run it. I would stay there again for sure.

We were in communication with the guest prior to her arrival.. we usually meet and greet our guests but made different arrangements for this guests very late checkin….and made a special time to meet her the next day… as we well know, a lot of Montana was experiencing a major heat wave and if air conditioners aren’t managed with fans properly they cannot keep up… we just checked the next group of guests into a very cool unit… we will take everything this guest mentioned into consideration… very thankful that she chose us and still gave us a 5 star review.

This condo is very clean and in a great location in Billings, MT. It’s on the third floor and there is no elevator, however that was no problem for our stay. Property owners very responsive.

Clean, and close to pretty much everything

The space was very open, and was able to be used for a small family gathering for the holidays. The view from the balcony are beautiful and there are trails right behind the place. Friendly host, kind, clear and very reponsive.

Very nice property

This was a lovely property, very comfortable,and well appointed. Everything we need was right there. Even a free wash and dry cycle. I would highly recommend this property. Extremely comfy and homey.

Another great stay

This is the fourth year we’ve stayed in this unit while at the NILE. The condo is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Brent and Denise are easy to communicate with and we look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Great location & Large Rooms

The condo was very accommodating for our party of 6. Bedrooms are spacious and the dining table has plenty of seating space. Laundry machines are coin operated.

Comfort and beauty away from home.

Beautifully decorated and maintained condo in a great location. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for the four of us. Hot water for all our showers. The full kitchen, washer and dryer were great. All the comforts of home and the decor and furnishings were so appealing.

Close to many amenities including Albertsons, Starbucks and the Metra. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and it had everything we needed! Clean & comfortable

This is the second year we’ve rented this condo. It’s quiet, clean and comfortable. The condo is nicely furnished and is conveniently located to the Metra Park and downtown Billings. Brent and Denise are easy to communicate with and great hosts.

Will Stay Again!

We booked this place for a business trade show at the Metra. The location was great! If the weather was nicer, you could almost walk there! Communication was great with Brent. Ther place is VERY well stocked and Very clean. We will be booking to stay here again when we come to Billings! Thank you for such a great stay! 10/10

We loved your place! Quiet and clean, close to everything for sightseeing, groceries, eateries---we had a super time relaxing. Your place is super clean and thank you for taking extra care of us, when our flights were delayed. We did not arrive until after midnight but you still have someone there to open the condo for us. You must stay here. We didn't mind the stairs, that was part of our workout. Thank you so much.

Needed to be in Billings area 10 days

Property was quiet and comfortable even though we were close to main thoroughfare. Beautiful trees and water in the back off the deck. One morning we watch raccoons play in the trees and another day we enjoyed the ducks swimming by. Management was so kind and helpful.

Beautiful Billings stay

Brent and Denise are super hosts.I had everything I wanted. It was quiet. I loved all the wildlife. Red squirrels, bluejays deer,magpies.You can walk to the store and not too far from the airport. I didn't even notice the stairs. You will not be disappointed. Its a beautiful place to stay.

Beautifully appointed apartment

The apartment is pristinely clean with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great living/dining area and kitchen. It has a small balcony which we enjoyed the beautiful weather on. Our only comment is that we are both 77 and we had 2 older women stay overnight with us for 2 nights. The stairs are somewhat of a challenge especially with luggage and supplies. Otherwise it is superb location and if you are a few years younger the stairs would not be an issue. Great Host

Beautiful Stay/Dealing with Owner-Not So Good

The home and ground were great. The male owner must have had some bad experiences with previous renters. I booked this for employees working in the area and owner was upset I was a no show. We had an employee quit with no notice and we had to swap him with another employee and we didn’t notify the owner-he was upset. When we apologized for the confusion it wasn’t accepted.

Denise is the best, it made our experience so much better having her as a host. It was a great place - very clean and quiet and close to any amenities you may need. Will definitely be staying here again!

Home away from home.

Nice, clean condo with everything you need to feel comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We would defiantly recommend this location.

Very clean property.

The apartment was very clean and supplied all of our needs. Communication with the owner was excellent and he gave us suggestions for numerous places to eat! I would stay here again if I was in the Billings area.

Almost, but not quite......

The property itself was very nice. Nice area, safe place, clean apartment, really nice furnishings, hosts were very kind and responsive. The only thing we were not very excited about was the check in process. The host requires that they meet you to walk you to the property and let you in the home (we are used to just showing up and letting ourselves in). While this isn't a deal breaker, it was just unexpected at midnight when we arrived. Secondly, they do require that you provide a DL and a credit card to them for incidentals. We already had paid for the insurance and they still took our card...had we elsewhere to go we likely would not have stayed, even after paying. Other than that, the property is very nice, close to Target/restaurants/starbucks and shops and was a pleasant stay.

We find it interesting that these guests chose to voice their dissatisfaction in our house rules… when they agreed to them during booking and in conversations on the site that we had with them….. one was they wanted to have a least a 25 to 30 person gathering at our property …of which we do not allow events…. And we informed them of this…. They of course said they understood but argued that it was not an event…..at the same time that conversation occurred… they were again notified that they would need to sign in with a drivers license and a credit card… of which they said…Ok, thankyou… it’s not an event but thankyou….we also check all our properties in in person… we met their time frame for checkin… even though it changed several times… these guests were all over the board with requests and their checkin times…. They did leave the place clean.

Family Reunion Trip

This up-to-date property met all of our needs. It was close to where we needed to be, close to dining, shopping & the lay-out & design/decor were really pleasing. We felt the condo had lots of room and it also had all that we needed & was well-stocked with things we didn't expect (extra shampoo, etc.) as well. In addition, it was super clean and well-cared for. We would stay here again. We were close to the airport as well. It certainly met all of our needs.
