Furnished Home Office Condo Stay to rest and relax at an inviting and comfortable condo right in the heart of downtown Little Italy, San Diego. Secure and reserved underground parking space. Great for vacation or business trip. Minimum 31 nights. For 3 months and up, $3200/month. Cleaning fee & utilities included.

Modern Scandinavian Design bedroom set for your comfort. Cozy and relaxing couch with a chaise-like section in living room. Latest easy-to-cook glass top cooking range with convection oven. New stainless steel refrigerator. Wide desk and comfortable chair to make it your home office.
Building Security:
Our building is quite secure. Front lobby entrance is accessed using PIN code or app link to enter. Lobby's inside stairwell and building's outside stairwell require a key. And of course condo's own front door requires a main door key. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor.
Parking:
Gated, brightly-lit underground garage with one assigned parking space, a few feet away from elevator.
Usage
For vacation, short-term work assignments, job training in the area, university studies at UCSD, USD , SDSU or other higher learning institutions, or family visitations. Subleasing is not permitted per lease agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If travelers cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, traveler gets back 50%. No refunds for cancellation less than 30 days before check-in and after check-in.
Upon booking our condo
A lease agreement will need to be signed between guest and landlord. No extra cost.
Fun Neighborhood
Great Farmer's Market on Saturday 8am - 2pm, 3 short blocks away. Best pozole soup at the booth "MyPozole"
