There is one marked parking space labeled '2908' at the front of the parking lot entrance.
There is also abundant street parking should you have an additional vehicle.

Home is located close to 94 Freeway. It is in more of a business type area but the noise is not an issue and the unit is tucked in the center of the property.
The property itself is a 4 unit building and the owner lives on site in one of the units.
Quick access to the Freeways, Airport, Coronado, Golden Hill, Downtown/Gaslamp area.
No guests unless approved by host. Family is typically OK
No house parties.
No illegal activities, drugs or prostitution.
Please do not flush anything down the toilets that does not belong.
No smoking within 15 feet of any doorway.
Please clean up any smoking debris outside, $100 fine for debris that needs to be cleaned.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am
Please be respectful of our neighbors so they can reciprocate.
Please report all damages or bedding/towels ruined during your stay.
Also report any damages you notice even if you did not cause them.
