This is a very well cleaned and maintained condo in the very well maintained, highly desirable and luxurious Islandia II Condominium. This is a secret jewel of a retreat; where you and your family can come to relax and enjoy. This vacation rental offers plenty of amenities for you and your family to enjoy during your vacation, including: private beach, two heated pools, jacuzzi, pool deck lounge area, state of the art gym, sauna-room, social-room, billiard/pool table room, several barbecue stations, tennis courts, bocce courts, short-irons area for golf practice, RV/Boat parking, carwash, and 24 hours gated security, just to name a few. This comfortable and professionally decorated furnished apartment offers breathtaking views from it's wrapped around balcony, bedrooms, living room, dinning area and kitchen. This apartment sleeps six to eight people and includes: linen, towels, utensils, cookware, tableware, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, 140+ channels of HD cable programming, HD Flat Screen TVs in all rooms,, wifi-internet access, dry-bar, central air conditioning & heating, water, ,electricity, and telephone which includes free calls to Canada. All you need is to bring your bathing-suit, flip-flop.

Outstanding Experience!

Just completed our first winter stay in Florida. Stayed on Hutchinson Island at the Islandia 2. Owners, Ariel and Gitte, are phenomenal to work with and the amenities and support staff at Islandia 2 were nothing short of fantastic! Ariel and Gitte's unit was absolutely superb in every way and again, they were as gracious and supportive as anyone could ever expect. Thanks to everyone for an outstanding experience!

We are a busy family of six that enjoys the great warm sunny beaches of South Florida and the outdoors. We enjoy life to the fullest, every chance we get. The day we visited here, we felt in love with this place, and this beautiful area called Hutchinson Island.
The simple pleasures of sitting on our balcony watching the morning sunrise and the pelicans flying overhead, while sipping on a warm cup of coffee or tea, to walking on the sandy beach with our children in search of that unique and special shell are some of the early morning things we enjoy doing. The excitement of experiencing the hatching of sea turtles, watching the dolphins swimming, and taking a romantic stroll on the beach as we watch the sunset; are just a few of the many highlights we also love and enjoy doing here. This awesome and family friendly place truly has it all. This has become a very special place for us. This is our home away from home, where we can completely disconnect from our busy and stressful daily lives; and simply relax, enjoy, have lots of fun, and recharge our bodies and souls. This is where great memories for our family and friends are now made, and will continue for many years to come.

It's has a charming beach decor throughout and everything is clean and in excellent condition. With three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms there is plenty of space for a big family and their guests to enjoy. The tranquility of just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the views, listening to the sound of the waves will relax your mind and body and will renew your energy. The beach is conveniently right outside your door, which makes it so easy to enjoy. Whether you like water sports or just relaxing in the sun, there is always something for everyone to enjoy during your stay. The building has all the amenities you could think of.
