Located minutes from center of town in the Birch Hill neighborhood of North Conway! This 5 bedroom raised ranch house is ideal for multiple families with children or small groups traveling together!

5 Bedrooms:

1. King Bedroom with a crib and toddler bed plus connecting shower bathroom. This room has an AC unit in window.
2. Queen bedroom with a crib and bunk bed (twin over full). This room has an AC unit in window.
3. Bunk Bed and Twin Trundle Room
4. Bunk Bedroom (Full on the bottom, twin on top)
5. Lower floor - Queen Bed

Ski weekend

My husband, children and grandchildren went away for ski weekend and our stay at this home was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Great playroom with games for kids to hang out. With teenage boys , it was perfect! Comfortable furniture and great kitchen! This is our second time renting here and would definitely go back again.

Bookclub celebration

We had 10 friends who stayed at this property and the house had everything we needed. Good spaces to hang out, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. It is also in a quiet neighborhood away from the traffic in North Conway but close to some nice hikes and Echo Lake.

Great place for families

Great layout and fun toys for kids. Had everything we needed property owner was great with communication. Will be staying again in the future!

Great Family Getaway

Holiday House

We found the house to be welcoming and perfect for our family! There is easy access to things to do in North Conway, skiing, tubing, eating out, shopping and a train ride aboard the snow train. The owner was easy to get in touch with when we needed the driveway to be plowed. We'll be heading back again next winter for another memorable stay at the Holiday House.

Great stay !

Perfect for multi generational families. Kids had fun in game room and playing with all the toys. Adults very comfortable in huge living room. Kitchen well equipped. Would like to make this an annual family event !

Friends and Family Weekend

The house was beautiful, just as pictured, and perfect for a friends and family getaway weekend. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to relax after a fun day at Storyland, which is very close by. We were impressed with the amount of kid friendly toys/games the house had, and the number of spaces where we were able to spread out and relax comfortably. We would definitely recommend staying here, and are looking forward to coming up again in the future!

Spacious in quiet neighborhood

More than enough room for our 4 couples. Lots of comfortable furniture and everyone was happy with their beds (that is saying a lot!). We made many meals in the well appointed kitchen. Very close to downtown North Conway but located on the much quieter west side of the Saco River. Would rent again!

Place needs a good scrub

The place is dirty and very worn out. I lay in bed and looked at cobwebs laced on the ceiling. Smells musty.

The property is outdated, doors off hinges and while clean smelled moldy and outside was overgrown and not well kept.

Friends hiking trip

There are lots of comfortable beds & space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The large kitchen table was great for our group. There isn’t central AC but there are AC units in most areas, which worked fine since the temps were a bit lower during our stay. The property & house needs updates. It has a musty smell even though there were dehumidifiers running.

Great for Large Families

Nice house with lots of room for our 3 families, which included 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has everything we needed and the owners left lots of toys games, books, and supplies. There are cribs, bunk beds and even a playpen if you need one. It is not a new house so it shows the wear and tear of some years and likely many renters, but it was clean. We had a small issue when we arrived but the owners were very responsive and took care of it immediately. Location and neighborhood are great. It is not the Waldorf, but if you are looking for a comfortable place with room for a large group, and one the has lots of accommodations, this should work for you.

The home is in a nice area although it’s clear the neighbors do not like the VRBO being there. The home has major water intrusion problems and because of that it has a constant mold/mildew smell. This home needs major work to fix this problem.
