PARKING - large driveway that will accommodate 5+ vehicles.
PROXIMITY - just a short walk to Town center, the Community Center with splash park & playground; Minutes by car to tax-free outlet shopping, golfing, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Story Land and so much more!
SIZE - 2,912 sf split level home. Open concept kitchen, dining & two living areas perfect for adults and children to have separate space.
3 Smart TV's (2 - 50" and 1 - 32"); offering free On Demand movies/shows and music with the Spectrum App. Or easily sign into your personal apps.
2 FIREPLACES (a gas log with remote control & a gas log stove with thermostat).
KITCHEN/DINING - updated w/stainless steel appliances, five-burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and a large island and dining room with seating for 12. Fully stocked with service for 12+ and pretty much everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal!
MAIN BEDROOM - Upstairs. King size bed, TV, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities.
2ND BEDROOM - Upstairs. Queen size bed with bathroom across the hall with a shower.
3RD & 4TH BEDROOMS - Downstairs each with a full-size bed and bunk beds. A full-size bathroom with tub/shower combo.
LINENS - Bed linens including comforters and blankets are provided. All beds have mattress protectors and pillowcase protectors. The beds are made & ready for your arrival.
GAMEROOM downstairs with a pool table, a 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. Perfect for watching the game or for the kids to enjoy a movie!
WASHER/DRYER is located downstairs.
MUDROOM is downstairs just off of the garage. A great place to unload after a day of outside activities!
GAS GRILL - a large grill is located on the back deck overlooking the large backyard with patio area. Enjoy a beverage while grilling and watch the kids play.
BACKYARD PATIO has plenty of outside seating, a fire pit, and horseshoes. Backyard games provided include bocce ball, a football, a soccer ball, and frisbees.
INTERNET w/Advanced WIFI.
PETS are welcome but must be pre-approved, in advance of booking.

I would highly recommend this property. The house was well appointed with all the comforts of home. Very clean home, walking distance to town. I would definitely stay here again.

Every step from booking to our stay was wonderful. The hosts were very communicative and even let us check in early and check out late. The best part about this property is the location as it is walking distance to downtown! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family getaway. We look forward to coming again!

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much! Walkable to downtown but on a quiet part of the street. Plenty of space makes this perfect for a multi family group. We'll definitely be back again!

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our stay in this large, clean home. Plenty of space for the nine of us to relax and unwind after days at Mt Washington. Walks to downtown shops and restaurants was easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the home was amazingly quiet for sleeping. The three AC split units were much appreciated during the hot week of summer. Meeting the kind hosts during check in was a nice, personal touch. Would gladly rent this home again.

Karen & Steve are such wonderful hosts and show how much they care about the guests that stay at their house. When we arrived we were greeted by them with such kindness. As they showed us around the house it really showed the care and cleanliness they take such pride in. We were a party of 10 with a dog and we all fit with no issues. This house was stocked with everything you need to enjoy a family get away. We were so impressed we can't wait to stay again!

Great place to stay. There were nine of us, 3 kids, 6 adults - plenty of room! Easy walk to town. Huge back yard with lots of toys for kids.

The hosts made everything so easy for us to check in and out. The kitchen is well appointed and having 3 bathrooms made life easier. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was the PERFECT place for our family vacation. It was extremely kid friendly and everyone had their own space if in need of a little down time! Loved everything about it and so did our kids and dogs!

Wonderful house. Great location.

My family had a great visit and hope to come back. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is within walking distance to town.

Great location

Great place to stay

The house was excellent. We stayed with family, including young children. There was plenty of space for all and the location is ideal. Steve and Karen were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

Great home away from home

The property was just as described! Beautifully maintained, in a great location and had everything we needed to feel at home! Beds were comfortable and mini split units kept the house nice and cool (two important criteria for us). We would definitely rent again!

wonderful stay

Wonderful home. Karen and Steve are great to work with. Their home is so clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat. We have stayed twice now and will continue to do so when in North Conway.

Fantastic house, amazing location, wonderful hosts

This is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair, travel crib, and kid friendly cups/plates/utensils! The location is perfect and the space was ideal for our family. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

We loved your home! So convenient to downtown. Super clean and comfortable. We ate mostly but the kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Steve and Karen’s cozy and welcoming home is a North Conway gem. Ideal location to Cranmore mountain and the center of town yet it is situated in a quite neighborhood. Plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need to make it your home away from home. We would highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back!

A great spot for a family!

A great choice for a family gathering! The house is set up quite well for little ones with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space. Location is great as well. A small quiet neighborhood and a 10 min walk to downtown. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and they keep their property very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.
We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.
We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our boy, Fred (a hypoallergenic Schnoodle)!

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!
