Peaceful views, with sun rises and sand beach will excite those who enjoy the northwoods of Wisconsin. (note: extra fee for guest over 4) Enjoy all the outdoor sports off of your dock which is just steps from the cabin entrance. New high dpewd internet . Within minutes of downtown St. Germain, you will find this location very suitable to both relaxing and enjoy the trails, dining spots, or even a round of golf at St. Germain Country Club. Yes- we are pet friendly too.

Clean, comfortable cabin with amazing lake views and fishing right off the dock! Very quiet yet close enough for a quick drive for groceries and dining options.

Ken was so easy to work with and the cabin was perfection! We had a fantastic stay and most definitely will be back!

The cabin was nice, the location was great and wildlife was abundant-eagles, otters, deer. The views and usage of the 2 lakes was unique.As previously mentioned by others, the cabin could use a deep cleaning including the windows and screens. Also, there appears to be the “normal” Fall arrival of mice which needs to be better addressed.

PROS:Clean at arrival. Washer & Dryer. Row boat & Kayak available. Kitchen well stocked. Smart TV/Internet. LOTS of deer to watch!Very quiet & peaceful. Dog friendly! Great location. CONS:No a/c. No ceiling fans. No cross breeze. Cabin was consistently too warm. Mattresses cave in the middle. Lots of bugs able to get in through windows. Kitchen sink and stove were covered in bugs every morning. Owner showed up unannounced.Lake is seaweedy making swimming kinda yucky.

Excellent host!! Very accommodating, friendly and quick responses!!The cabin was perfect for our needs!! The location was the best!! So awesome to be on the lake with a pier for our boat!! Close to many cool towns!!The wildlife was beautiful: eagles and deer all week long by the cabin!!Thank you Ken for sharing your beautiful cabin!!

Our stay was beyond perfect. This property has an idyllic setting complete with it's own dock!The fishing at the property allowed the youngest granddaughter (11 yrs old now) to add 3 new species of fish to her 'caught' list.The home was well appointed, our welcome was sincerely appreciated and the decor definitely celebrated our Lakeview weekend.We only wish we could have stayed longer and definitely plan to return!

Peaceful Lakefront Cottage

The house has everything you need and a fantastic location on peaceful Lake Content. It could use a deep cleaning and more comfortable furniture, but for the price we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Wonderful Northwoods Cabin

Great cabin between two beautiful Northwoods lakes. Quiet location but close to St. Germain and surrounding area. Eagles were visitors each afternoon which was amazing! They flew in and hung out on the tree right outside the front door! Communication was smooth and no issues. Hope to stay there again!

tranquil setting

Great cabin with a view. Good mattresses and kitchen set up. Nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher. We really enjoyed coffee on the deck in such peaceful surroundings. A visit every day from a group of deer and eagles overhead, loons and even an otter,. Hope to stay again. Ken was easy to contact and very willing to help.

A wonderful cabin in a fantastic location

This cabin is situated between two lakes - one directly in front and one behind the property. Just beautiful! We rented a kayak and enjoyed exploring. The area was great for walking our dog - who was very curious about the deer that quietly followed us. Great for spotting wildlife - deer of course, but also loons and we saw a fox in the yard. And two bald eagles rested in the trees directly above the cabin every day. The cabin has all that you need and was clean. Was not concerned about no wifi as the cell reception was great for us. Good distance from the neighbors which is always nice. Ken was great to communicate with. One minor recommendation is that the sofa needs to be retired - the seat cushions are past their prime. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet spot that’s still very near lots of fun a activities.

Pine Haven

The house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking and the dish washer was very convenient. The bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and a ton of towels and wash cloths. Having a washer and dryer was nice to have also. Our biggest complaint was the smell! The whole house smelled very musty and the air felt damp (it wasn't even humid outside). It smelled like the house had been closed up for months. A dehumidifier is strongly suggested.The house was clean at surface level but could use a good deep clean. Some of the blinds were very dirty, cob webs in some of the ceiling corners, a ton of dead bugs in the lights just above the dinning table, the baseboards could use a really good cleaning and the shelf that the TV sits on is very dusty. We aren't very picky but for $261 a night and $100 cleaning fee I would expect it to be a bit cleaner. We did contact the owner and hopefully it gets resolved for future guests. The listing stated that their was a gas grill but there was not one. Their was a charcoal grill, which wasn't a problem but if we had known we would have brought charcoal.

Beautiful Location

The cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The view of the lake was awesome, the water was 30' from the cottage! The bench on the dock is great to go sit and enjoy the loons and the beauty of the water while having a cocktail. The fire pit is right out the door, which is very nice as well. Great location to bars, restaurants, and golf.

Relaxing

It was relaxing to be in Northern Wisc and great view of the small lake. Did not catch the fish I was expecting but maybe it was just weather timing. Weather was perfect temperature 58-80 range light wind and sunny sky
