Casa de 260 m² ideal para familias o grupos, distribuida en:
Planta superior: 2 baños completos y 3 dormitorios dobles, uno con cama doble, baño propio, vestidor y acceso a la terraza. Los otros dos tienen camas individuales y armarios empotrados.
Planta baja: 2 habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados, una con cama doble y la otra con dos camas individuales. 1 baño completo y un aseo. Salón-comedor y cocina (hay cafetera Nespresso).
Zona piscina: desde la cocina y el comedor se accede a una amplia terraza ideal para pasar todo el día, donde encontramos la barbacoa y la zona de las hamacas, junto a la piscina rodeada de césped.
La casa está equipada con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y calefacción central para invierno.
En la cocina disponemos de cafetera Nespresso. Tal vez es complicado en Mallorca conseguir cápsulas de Nespresso, si la utilizan en su casa y quieren traer unas cuantas no seria mala idea.
La finca que rodea la casa está llena de árboles típicos del lugar, como los naranjos, limoneros, almendros, olivos, ciruelos...

Para reservas de grupos de personas jóvenes (no familias) cuyas edades sean inferiores a 35 años se pedirá una fianza a concretar en el momento de la reserva en función del número de noches de la reserva.

Perfect stay at a beautiful finca. The pool is nice. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a good floorplan. The hosts are really nice!Only the beds could be a little bit more comfortable especially in the master bedroom.

Family Vacation

Nice property among the farms in Mallorca. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Great for families with kids. The hosts were very easy to reach when needed and were very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely book it again.

Fantastic Villa

An amazing Villa in a fabulous location. Very clean and well equipped. We had four Kids with us from two to fourteen and the all loved the villa especial the pool. The best villa we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful villa and pool

Our family of six had a brilliant week. Great villa and pool, with wonderful views. Xisca was a star and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Thanks for the stay. We loved it.

Fantastic place

We stayed in the house with 12 people without any problem. The house is very beautiful and well mantained and has a fantastic garden with view on the mountains. No tourists around. Fantastic!

Perfect holiday home!

We absolutely loved staying here, a fantastic house in a great setting. We immediately felt at home. We were six adults and two children and it felt like we had loads of place. Well equipped kitchen, lovely big pool enjoyed by everyone, especially the children. Xisca and her family were extremely welcoming and hepful. We would love to come back next year!

Stayed Between Dates 15th - 22nd September

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful house. There were was everything at the property needed for our stay. Lovely location, peaceful, views and the children loved seeing the sheep with their bells around their necks. The only thing I would say perhaps the guest information book could be in English rather than just German. Hope to come and stay again

Fabulous. We had a great holiday at Sa Bassa Seca

The villa is large, clean and spacious.The photos on the website don't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this villa. The owners were very easy to deal with via e mail and answered all our questions before we travelled. We were two families of four and the villa had everything we needed. It's an hour's drive from Palma airport and there are plenty of lovely beaches within easy reach of the villa, via car. A great holiday.

The most wonderful place to stay

Everything was much more than expected! The House is even more beautiful in real, than on the very good pictures 😍 We enjoyed the House, the pool, which became hot enough for everyone, the beaches near by, the view from the House, and the most wonderful garden with orange blossom trees, and lemon trees, and Almind trees and very much more! The restaurant El Castillo del Bosques is very close to the House, and serves excellent food, wines and desserts, and the staff is very kind. We wish to come back very soon♥️

Fantastic House

The house is very beautiful and authentic. Very clean and homie. Perfect for the families depending on the amount of kids. Great patio and pool area with stairs into the pool. Perfect for all ages. The garden are very nice and it’s cost with the sheep walking the plantations around the house. Close to a nice beach with clear waters. All in all perfect and will definitely book again son day.

A perfect holiday!!!

In July 2013, we were with 10 people in the Finca Sa Bassa. The house is perfect for 2-3 families traveling together. The country house and grounds are very well maintained. The owners personally take care of it and it shows! The pool is clean, large and 2 feet deep. Very beautiful and essential in high summer, the air conditioning in the bedrooms. Also, the house is equipped with a free Wi-Fi super. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car, as is the nearest supermarket within easy reach. That was certainly not our last holiday at Finca Sa Bassa. Thank you for the nice stay! Greetings from Germany! Kerstin

What a beautiful stay! Highly recommend!

We stayed in the beautiful villa for a family member’s 50th birthday & we could not fault our stay! Firstly I’d like to start with the hosts, especially Xisca for brilliant communication, no matter what I asked she always responded quickly. She was so helpful during our stay and helped us with recommendations in the local area. Even going to the lengths of sending back a left item in the villa to us back in the UK when we asked. We were also provided with a brilliant taxi service who always responded and collected us (with notice) with no problem. They also provided a child’s car seat. The villa itself was even better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need! They even had some toys for my 14 month old! The villa made going away with a baby easier as they had a travel cot & a high chair. Overall for our family hols it was brilliant. The villa’s rural but still only 10 minutes from the beach, allowing a peaceful stay with amazing views. We did say that it would be good to hire a car if we came again to get around easier however we soaked up the villa as it was everything we wanted for our holiday, and we loved having bbq dinners all sat round together having a laugh! The beach we went too had lovely clear sea and soft sands. And we also visited portocolom which has lovely restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa, it is well worth the stay. It was the perfect way to celebrate a 50th birthday with our family!

CASA MARAVILLOSA PARA UNAS PERFECTAS VACANIONES

La casa de Apolonia es un oasis en Mallorca. Muy cerca de unas bonitas calas (es necesario el coche), pero en medio de la tranquilidad y relax del campo. Muy amplia y con una decoración muy agradable. La piscina es un auténtico lujazo y está siempre impecable. Pero lo mejor de la estancia ha sido, sin duda, el trato recibido por Xisca y Apolonia, pendientes en todo momento de nosotros.

Todo perfecto

La casa es preciosa y está equipadísima. La zona de piscina está muy cómoda y limpia para hacer vida ahí todo el día. Las anfitriona Xisca es encantadora y ha estado atenta toda la estancia para que no nos faltase nada. Toda la familia está pendiente de los inquilinos y el trato es inmejorable. Nos suministraron toallas de baño y de piscina y vinieron un día a cambiarnos las de ducha. La casa está en medio de una finca pero en 5-10 minutos en coche hay varias calas. Es muy cómodo para entrar y salir porque la carretera está muy cerca. Sin duda, la mejor elección para nuestras vacaciones!!

la más hermosa finca en Mallorca

hemos estado allí dos semanas de vacaciones. La casa era acogedora, limpia y muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena y tranquila. Xisca y Appolonia es muy agradable y amable y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Nos encanta volver y esperamos que el próximo día festivo en Sa Bassa Secca

Tolle Finca !

Wir, d.h. 8 Erw. und 4 Kinder waren im August in dieser tollen Finca. Platz ist ausreichend und das Haus bietet alles was man für solch eine Anzahl von Personen benötigt. Der Pool ist KLASSE und die Wasserqualität wird regelmäßig überprüft. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch den/die Vermieter. Sei es durch Ratschläge oder Hilfestellungen. Xisca, die Tochter der Eigentümerin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und gerne bereit bei Fragen zu helfen. Die Lage ist besonders gut, da man zwar Abseits vom Trubel wohnt, die verschiedenen touristisch erschlossenen Orte jedoch sehr nahe liegen, z.Bsp. Cala Murada – 8 Min. / Porto Colom – 10 Min. / Porto Cristo – 15 Min / Cala Milor – 25 Min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Cala Murada – Supermarket (gut für Brötchen und Kleinigkeiten). Dies ist auch in Porto Colom, z.Bsp. im Spar Markt od. Eroski möglich. Für Großeinkäufe haben wir Lidl in Felanitx bzw. Cala Milor genutzt. Essenstechnisch gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders gut hat es uns in Porto Colom – im El Barco gefallen (Preis –Leistung – Lage). Vorreservierungen bei >6 Personen sind sinnvoll. Wir können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen und würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden !

Schönes Haus in der Nähe vom Strand

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, wo alles durchdacht und bequem ist. Der Pool ist sauber, auch für Nichtschwimmer geeignet. Finca steht ganz alleine, umgeben von allen vier Seiten vom gepflegten Garten, es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. In der Nähe gibt mehrere Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Neu gebaute Lounge lässt einige angenehme Stunden am Abend mit dem Glas Wein zu verbringen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen für 2-3 Familien! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
