My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house while visiting family in the area. House was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is great for walking and the pool was very clean and relaxing. Host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely plan our next stay at this house. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and well supplied with plenty of room for us to all comfortably sit to watch tv and play games of an evening. The kitchen is spacious with an island. It was the perfect location for us and the neighborhood was lovely. The neighborhood pool was refreshing. The host gave recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We chose the German restaurant that was recommended which was fantastic! We had a bit of trouble with the lighting in the home at times but wasn’t anything we couldn’t figure out. We had to get the step stool (provided) to reach the chains on the ceiling fans to turn on/off lights. I would recommend more lamps in kids room and living room. The home is very tech forward with monitors and Alexa devices. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The place was immaculate and there was bikes available. We visited Fort De Soto. We really enjoyed the Sand Hill Cranes they came right up to the patio and looked in the sliding glass door. It was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

We had an excellent experince with this property. The listing was a clear reflection the house. Chris was an informative host; providing clear instructions for arrival and offering usefull local knowledge. We used the pool and clubhouse several times. One of our best VRBO experiences and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Chris was exceptionally responsive and handled every tiny concern immediately. The sunsets out the back patio window were breathtaking. The proximity to Walmart and Publix made the stay even nicer. Would recommend very highly.

Great Stay

Relaxing Vacation

The house is very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The most enjoyable was the beautiful sunset and the view in the backyard! Very relaxing vacation and close to everything.

Great host and location

This was our second stay. The location was very convenient to activities in Tampa and Sarasota. The home is always clean and well stocked. The host is always available and helpful.

Super clean & well stocked

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Chris, our host, was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood felt very safe and I wish we would’ve had more time to use some of the amenities such as the clubhouse and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

The property was very clean and pretty. The neighborhood is quiet if you are looking for time to relax. We were fortunate to meet the home owners. They were very nice and helpful telling us about the house. Would definitely stay here again if coming to this area.

Nicer than the pictures!

Perfect location as we were visiting family less than 10 minutes away. Very lovely home with modern furnishings. It was fun using Alexa for music on the radio.

Comfortable Home in Sun City

We had a great 5 weeks in Sun City! Home was very clean, beds and sheets were more comfortable than home. Home owner was super responsive.

One of the best stocked homes we have been in.

Everything we needed to start our stay and almost enough supplies for the entire month of our stay. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, clean community, gates locked at night to insure safety (gated community). Would recommend anyone to stay.

Great experience

The location of the home was a great central location between Tampa and Sarasota beaches. We were very comfortable in the home during our stay. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our host stayed in touch with us during the check in process and answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this vacation rental again.
