Property was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and very clean. Private dock that we were able to see a dolphin in the canal and a pool that definitely got its use. Had everything available to cook our food so no need to bring dishes and it also had a grill on the patio that we took advantage of. All around the best place we have stayed on vacation!!!

Perfect space for my family of 5. Very clean and the pool was fabulous! My husband and son enjoyed the dock for fishing! So peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed coffee every morning watching the sunrise from the lanai. Great restaurant options and Publix is so close

The home is an exceptional space, a roomy canal-side delight run by the actual homeowners and not a management company- which is unique and refreshing. Pam and her husband were incredibly gracious and accommodating of our circumstances and I feel that my wife and I made new friends! The pool and patio are amazing. The kayaks are a lot of fun (retrospectively, paddling to the open water in August heat might have been overly ambitious- but absolutely rewarding- for me personally. ha!). I highly recommend St. Pete, Sarasota and the nearby Keys as beach destinations. Myakka River State Park is an absolute MUST see for lover's of nature- Florida's Serengeti. Forever grateful for this stay and the couple who facilitated it!!!

Pool was wonderful! Enjoyed by all!! Beautiful view from dock. Ate every meal outside at large table. Roomy, all the dinnerware, pots and pans anyone would need for a family. Lots of toys for pool, fishing and kayaking. Comfortable beds. Nice large washer and dryer.

Perfect stay!

The home was more than expected, it was perfect! Host was very easy to work with along with the community, as we were able to meet neighbors and others from across the waterway. Location, rooms, access to stores, everything was just perfect!

The house is beautiful and the pool was a perfect amenity. Nice quiet location to relax and unwind. Dock was a nice place to sit amd fish. We ate at Circles twice absolutely delicious. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. Pamela was a very responsive host as well

We had a lovely stay. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather that let us use the outdoor space to the max. We also really appreciated the extra help with getting the pool heated up for us northerners. Beverage fridge on the lanai was also a hit. Inside, there was plenty of room to lounge and watch movies on the big couch. The little extra items (dish soap, laundry tabs, spices) were a very nice touch and saved us from having to buy those basics upon arrival.

Pam is absolutely wonderful host and very responsive to messages, even checking in upon our arrival. We loved the set up of her home the 2 bedrooms were on one side of house than the master bedroom and bath giving the kids and us some privacy. We absolutely loved the pool and deck with kayaks. Would stay here again. Thank you again Pam.

April Getaway

The property was wonderful! It was our second time staying here, and we would stay again in the future. Property managers are friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, and having the pool was very fun.

This was a wonderful property. Plenty of room for all. Great common spaces and spots to read or watch TV or play games. The kitchen was lovely and well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils -- really, all you need for cooking. Great dining spaces as well. Owner responded quickly to all inquiries. Great location. Exactly as advertised, and I would book again.

Stay was so nice, we booked it twice! Our first week there was so perfect we extended the stay. I can’t say enough for how accommodating the owners were. The home itself is lovely, comfortable and quiet. We spent everyday at the pool, and when we went to the beach, the chairs, umbrella, and kids’ toys were a godsend.We’ll be back again!

This house worked great for us. A nice quiet neighborhood, a great outdoor living space around the pool, and nice views of the canal. We liked it so much that we booked again for next year.
