City of Cathedral city, long term rental property (30+ days). We realize the difficulties many are having with current weather conditions. Since we have been reduced to rent 30+ days, we have a large part of the year without clients. We see this as an opportunity to help those in need. We are offering low cost rental opportunities to those who can work remotely and need to get away from local conditions. Please contact me to secure your get away.
Recently remodeled property in great neighborhood. Located 2 miles from airport and 3 miles or 12 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This home will provide the finishing touch to any vacation. Beautifully renovated and decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen will amaze you with a 9 foot island and wine cooler. All the necessary cooking and drinking tools and most seasonings to handle a vacation outing with friends and family. Outside grill has all necessary cooking utensils. Includes complimentary coffee, blender, toaster and Air Fryer oven. Master bedroom has separate patio and pool access. Handsomely decorated with full dresser and vanity area. Includes private coffee station (coffee provided) in vanity area. Master bath has tub and separate shower areas with plenty of room on the double sink. Comes with walk in closet. Guest room is nicely decorated with Paris theme (black and white). New furnishings will embrace you as you enter. The closet is extra large. This room also has sliding door access to the patio and pool area and includes desk. Third bedroom is decorated with Aloha theme. New furnishings and dresser with large closet. Both guest rooms have access to central bath. Patio has table and chairs with view of Mountains. Back yard has a pebble-tec pool (3 ft - 5 1/2ft deep) and Spa with grass area and mountain views. Pool is heated during winter months. Summer months allow pool to heat normally from 85 - 90 degrees. Back yard has seating for 6 and lounge chairs for taking in the sun. Beautiful Mountain View’s from back yard and Master bedroom. House is centrally cooled and heated. The gas Fireplace located in the living room is another nice way to end a great evening with friends and family, or you can simply lounge on the 9 foot kitchen island to entertain. Home is wheelchair accessible, however, bathrooms are NOT ADA compliant.

We take the cleanliness of our property very serious. To that end, we have listed some of the precautions and safety measures along with local requirements while in public.
• All common surfaces, including counter tops, door knobs, light switches, door handles and refrigerator are disinfected after each tenant checks out.
• We ensure our cleaning staff wear mask and gloves while onsite.
• Ensuring that our cleaning staff are healthy before entering the property.
• All dishes are washed in hot water and sanitized.
• Remote controllers are sanitized and placed in new plastic bags prior to check in. (Controllers can still be used without removing from bags)
• All bedding, towels and blankets are washed in hot water.
• Spice bottles are wiped clean after each check out.
• While in public, please observe and abide by any conditions prior to entering any public place or establishment. Ensure you have a mask available with you at all times & maintain social distance.
• Before attending a restaurant or eating establishment, contact them via phone or website to validate they can accommodate you and any specific requirements while onsite.
• Bring a hand sanitizer with you and clean you hands after touching any doors, elevators or other common surface. Everyone should wash hands immediately upon re-entering the property.
