Beautiful property, just as stated. Close to shops, quiet neighborhood. The 4 kids loved the clean, warm pool. Plenty of space inside and out for the whole family! We have talked about returning!

Disappointing start of the trip

Unfortunately, we had a very bitter start of our trip at this house. We were three families traveling there on Thanksgiving day. What made this a bad start is that Angela failed to communicate the fact that address on the property listing is not accurate and it’s just a ‘nearby’ park address. Since we were around the area an hour before check in, we simply wanted to drive by to locate the house, while waiting for check in instructions. Not knowing the listing doesn’t have correct address we were driving around lost, wondering where the house is. No check in details or code information was shared with us until 3pm on check in day. We understood after the fact this is done for security purposes, which is fine, but it was not communicated to us at all. That is a very important detail and should be communicated at time of booking. For a moment we thought we got scammed with this booking. In communicating this frustration to Angela, not only did I not get any understanding from her side for not communicating accurately and timely, but she went on to accuse us for trying to go to the house before allowed check in and how that is the reason why she doesn’t share information before check in. Not the right way to talk to guests and affect their experience in a negative way. I have rented homes before and check in info was never withheld from us like this. Totally Unfortunate that I am having to write this on a review, because it doesn’t seem like previous reviewers had the same experience. Otherwise, the property is fine, pool was nice, the house is average and a bit tight space indoors for 12 people, but very doable for a group planning to spend most time outdoors. It has everything you need for comfortable stay! Just wish the owner/property mgr was a bit pleasant to communicate to.

Hi, so glad that you had a wonderful stay after your inconsiderate and imbecilic communications prior to your scheduled arrival time. You are correct in that you're the only guest with issues, all others love the home and hosts! (That's us! :-) We will always protect the home, neighborhood, housekeeping, and current guests from people like you that think you can violate the property and trespass prior to your arrival time and date. Your review is so absurd and makes you look imbecilic because you obviously, by your own admission, attempted to gain access to the property before your check-in time and date and were caught. Unfortunately because of your lack of character we can't welcome you back. We hope that you find peace and get the special needs assistance that can help you function in a socially acceptable manner outside your home. Kindest regards.

Clean and Wonderful

We were 3 families with kids and this house with pool was perfect! Very clean, plenty of room for everyone and ever situation really. We really appreciated that. It felt like every detail had been thought of and the owners are detailed about their renovations and additions. Those are things that make your stay feel relaxed and give you peace. Angela was very communicative the whole time leading up to the stay whenever we had questions and she even checked on us during our stay. Wonderfully communicative and always full of solutions. You can't go wrong with her. Stay with confidence. We had such a great time, will be back!

Quiet neighborhood in a great location

Stayed with a girlfriend for the weekend and expired Peanut island. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nature preserve to walk just across the way. Will definitely stay here again. Property owners were responsive and helpful!

Wonderful property just not as big as one would think

We had a wonderful time at the property. It’s location is wonderful in that you are close to lots of activities. The owners are very easy to contact and are super nice. The only negative I would say is that 8 adults maybe 9 is definitely the maximum I would recommend. Definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if I am back in the area.

Very cozy and nice vacation home

We decided in last minute to stay close to West Palm Beach and lucky us to find this home. The booking process is very easy, Angela is very sweet. We are confused in the beginning to find the other room which is attached on the other side but Angela called us and always there to help. Nice place for family to get together.
