Casa Blanca exquisite, European style large open concept built beach home, in a GREAT location only 2 blocks from the beach and quick drive or walk to Sailfish Marina Resort of Palm Beach Shores. Where you can also Catch a quick water taxi ride over to Peanut Island, Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Inside the house and poolside you can unwind, relax, tan, work or enjoy the family. The Master bedroom is on the west wing of the house and the remaining bedrooms are on the right wing of the house. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are extra large. The 4th bedroom with the 2 twin beds is a good sized room.

The home is decorated with modern and contemporary pieces, and feels like a beach home. When you are in the home it feels spacious, is clutter free and has everything you need and then some. Terrific for "Girls Getaway” or "Guys golfing/fishing trip” as well as family trip, honeymooners, and business trips. The smart TVs, 1) in the living room has a 50 inch screen, 2) the master bedroom has 42 inch screen, and 3) king bedroom.

The space is Private and very quiet. The house gets flooded with natural light every day. Shades can be closed to keep the house even cooler and for napping in the day. The neighborhood is very calm and relaxed. You can tell everyone is on beach time. Located only a short walk to the beach and to Sailfish Marina Resort... for the best brunch, shopping and catching the water taxi to Palm Beach. Rental bikes and water gear are less than 5 min away. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Gas station 2 min away. Hair and nail salon only 3 blocks away. Shopping only 3 min away. The home was gutted and remodeled in 2018-2019. The pool is cleaned weekly.

Guest Access - The entire house is yours EXCLUSIVELY!
Please note that my maximum number of guests is 8. However, I will consider 10, if and only if you discuss with me in advance, and there will be an additional $50 (per person), one time fee for each additional guest!

For your convenience and privacy there is a coded lock on the front entrance of the house, so you don't need any keys to worry about during your stay. My property manager Mindy is always available should there be any issues.

Excellent property. It looks like it’s been newly renovated. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. You don’t even really need a car except to go to the grocery store. The pool was small but very nice. There are eight beach chairs as well as a wagon to pull to the beach. They supply beach towels as well. Highly recommend.

Paradise

Great location on the island with tremendous amenities. Being able to relax in a private pool and have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths was a treat for our family! Very clean and updated throughout the home and had everything you would need to enjoy your time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Paradise!

Clean, large property. Walking distance to the beach.

The house is very spacious and it was very nice for our family gathering. We could all be together but have our own space. It’s about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and a few pubs, bars, and a coffee shop. The property and the yard were clean and well maintained. We did get some ants, but the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Of note - there were a lot of mosquitos by the pool, so if you’re prone to being bitten by them, bug spray may be a good idea. Thank you for the stay!

Very nice house with pool

Beautiful home, exceptionally clean, windows were immaculate. Pool was lovely, heated and clean. Plenty of outdoor seating. Beds were comfortable! AC worked great, lots of pods and dryer sheets for laundry The only drawback was the home wasn’t as well stocked as the other VRBOs we’ve rented. There were only 2 towels for 8 guests upon arrival but after contacting the property manager she brought them over. Short on toilet paper and napkins, no plastic wrap, foil or baggies for preserving leftovers, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in main bathroom. Grill was functional, restaurants and beach were within walking distance. We were happy and fully operational after a couple of trips to the store. Very nice property!

Casa Blanca = Perfect!

Our stay at Casa Blanca was perfect! We loved the house, great layout, everything is up to date and very clean. The pool was an extra bonus, clean, private and greatly enjoyed in the Florida heat. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with many places, such as restaurants, beaches and stores within walking distance. We enjoyed Casa Blanca so much we will definitely look to stay here any time in the future we will be visiting Florida.

Lovely Girls Getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay here. It's a very quick walk to the beach and to restaurants by the beach, and the furniture had been updated since pictures were last posted to VRBO. The pool was amazing since it was a little too hot some days to lay out on the beach.

Beautiful place!!

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was a beautiful property and very clean. There was an issue with tiny ants, but you’re in Florida, so it wasn’t too big of an issue. Just might not leave food out. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.

Fishing trip to Florida.

House was awesome. Not enough room in driveway to accommodate a 25’ boat without a LOT of maneuvering. Plenty for parking it and unhitching. Manager was not communicative at all. Had to get her number through the owner. No complaints - I was expecting an intro from her at beginning of stay. VRBO app is ridiculous. Once I paid in full, it was telling me a payment was due all the way up to the day my reservation started. It was constantly asking if i wanted book the site i had paid for to the same start date. Annoying app!!.

Great location on Singer Island!

Had an impromptu family reunion. Usually stay with my parents condo, overlooking the island, but with everyone claiming their spots, it was easier to find a house close by. 1/2 mile, nestled in the middle of the island, was this gorgeous home. Walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. One of my favorites, Sailfish Marina, is a 5 min walk and worth it. Sitting at the outdoor tiki bar, with the mist machines blowing everywhere, is awesome. The layout of the house is perfect. Master bedroom on one side of the house, and the other situated on the other side. Gave my in-laws peace and quiet, while my wife and I were able to watch tv or talk without distrusting them. The pool was immaculate and well kept. My family joined in, during the day, and the open concept kitchen/living room was ideal for having a lot of people, with different conversations, easy. Communication with owner and property manager was easy and efficient. Would easily book again and recommend to anyone. We would easily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay on Singer Island.

Fabulous house for a fabulous stay

Amazing home with lots of space and amenities. Pool was awesome. Rooms were spacious and house was very updated with plenty of room throughout. Close and awesome access to beach. We were in town for a family beach wedding and this house checked every box necessary. If we would return to a West Palm Beach on the future, we would definitely rent again.

DiFranza - great time at Karen's place

Overall: we considered the house and accommodations very good to excellent. The six of us (all aged 60+) men played golf and cards and ate very well. We very much appreciated the ability to move our luggage and ourselves in early - thank you. We were very comfortable in the house. The kitchen was well-appointed; the availability of a hot plate, while not used by us, is probably a welcome item for people who don't know how to use the stove. The refrigerator, counters, and the table were ample and clean. The yard and pool were comfortable and private. The location was excellent - just a block or two from the restaurants and the beach. The park down the street was pretty and relaxing. One difference from the description was that there were not 6 beds, so two of us had to share the King bed. There were a few things we noticed that can be fixed/improved. The right-side slider was broken. (Mindy had advised us of that before we moved in.) The yellow lamp in the back right bedroom was broken. Bigger recycle bins would be helpful. TV instructions and a channel listing would be helpful for each TV. The floors were clean, but could use a washing - if we were barefoot or in socks, the bottoms of our feet would get very dirty. We did leave a lot of supplies in the house on purpose, so hopefully they will be used by others. All in all, again, we were very pleased with the accommodations. If we decide to get together again next year, hopefully this place will be available and Karen will have us.
