4 B/R home on the water with breathtaking views on a quite cul de sac

Just a few minutes walk to two beaches (3/10 of a mile) and Onset village with great restaurants and attractions. You can kayak right from our backyard. Kayaks provided! We have a hot outdoor shower. Outdoor dining and a large BBQ make summer nights perfect outside watching he sun go down. Fire-pit for smores.

We have 2 master bed rooms (1 with a king & 1 with a queen sized bed) with high end mattresses. 3rd bedroom has a bunk and single bed. 4th bedroom has a double bed over single bunk plus an additional double mattress.

As a mom with kids we have made sure that our home is perfect for families. We provide a pack and play, highchair, safety gate, toys, books and beach toys.

This is a classic Cape Cod style home with wooden clapboards, hardwood floors and wooden cross beams. It has a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining room opening up to a deck. There is also a comfy breakfast nook perfect for your morning coffee or tea. The house has spectacular views of the salt marsh with plentiful birdlife. . Enjoy an outdoor shower (hot and cold water!) Gas heating for colder months makes year round rental possible.

We provide free WiFi and there is a flatscreen smart TV in the house. We do not have cable. Guests are welcome to use any games, toys, books and appliances, and there is a gas grill available.

Our beach home is located in Onset, which is a close-knit village with a mix of seasonal and full time residents that features many locally-owned cafes, shops, and restaurants, quiet, walkable, tree-lined streets complete with vintage-style gas lamps, and well-maintained parks and beaches.

Host speaks English & German.

We have a 7 night minimum for peak season.
