This cozy 3BR/2BA contemporary Cape home boasts a (seasonally heated) in-ground pool and patio, complete with a fire pit. It's uniquely situated near highways, shops, beaches (just an 8 minute drive) and lakes. You'll be walking distance to the Cape Cod Canal, where you can stroll, bike, and even fish! You'll also be 10 minutes away from a couple of local beaches. The open concept floor plan features a wood fireplace, skylights, and a sun room.

FAMILY ROOM

As you enter the house, the family room welcomes you with an extra long, cozy, sectional. Behind it, from floor to ceiling, is a brick wood burning fireplace. Skylights allow you to see the stars as you enjoy movie night on the 65" flat screen tv.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to cook and eat in with the family. Four can dine at the kitchen counter while they enjoy the movies! Prefer a formal sit-down dinner? You'll have two choices for location: a six seat dining table in the sun room or a six seat dining table out on the patio!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This two story house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep 10. The bedding formations are: One king, one queen, two fulls (one with a pull-out twin trundle), and a pull-out sofa bed. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. While the downstairs bedroom has direct access to the first floor bathroom.

OUTDOOR

The fenced in back yard invites you to swim, lounge, and relax every minute of your stay! The heated pool is open from Memorial Day to October (New England weather permitting). Grab some pool noodles and floats from the pool house for the kids and throw some steak on the 2-in-1 charcoal/propane BBQ grill. In the evening, gaze at the stars while you relax with your family by the fire pit.
