New luxury apartment/villas, East End.
Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal.
The guest will have over 1,500 square feet of space. Sleep 6, Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.
Guest access.......
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine and do some grilling.
Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.
Getting around......
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.
Other things to note.......
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc....

Scott Beach Condos #8 where I stayed was amazing. It was clean. The scenery was awesome. Mr. Dexter is so accommodating, approachable, and friendly. I just want to say a BIG thank you to Mr. Dexter and his staff for accommodating me and my family during our stay there. It's a beautiful place. You will love it. I will definitely recommend my friends and family if their ever in St. Thomas. And having a rental car service as well really helped. Thank you.

This was our first trip to the Virgin Islands and I couldn't have been happier. Dexter was a great host and was available for any questions or concerns. He was very timely and super hospitable. We stayed 7 days in the Scott Beach condos. The property was very clean and everything matched what was described/pictured on the listing. My wife and 2 kids had a blast in the pool after long beach days while I would grill up our dinner. Thank you for the great experience! We will for sure be coming back in the future.

This was the perfect home for our family of three. Our host met us on arrival and was available leading up to our trip for questions. The location is perfect for daytrips to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. And the views from balcony are amazing.

The condo was just as described. It had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler available to take to the beach. Dexter was a great host and was available to answer questions at anytime!

Dexter is a fantastic host. Check in was easy and he's very responsive. There is a small private beach within a few minutes walk but you'll need a car if you want to have a real beach day, there's plenty nearby. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and expected.

Beautiful views
This place was just what it shows on VRBO. Place was clean and plenty of room. Very close to some awesome beaches. I would stay there again. Thanks Dexter!

Very nice!!!!
The property was very clean and comfortable. Me and my sister were taken away by the views from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Scott Beach Condo
Better than advertised - very new, super clean. The host was readily available and very responsive. Good East End location.

Perfect Family Reunion
Would highly recommend this property. The property manager was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The property is located 3 minutes from Red Hook, 3 minutes from Secret Harbor. About 15 min from Coki Beach. Loved every minute. the condo was absolutely immaculate and had every amenity. We were very happy with our stay!

It was a pleasure hosting Leslie and family for their vacation. They were very friendly and responsive in all our communication, and the group took great care of the apartment. We highly recommend them to other hosts 👍

Scott Beach Getaway
Condo is very nice, everything is well kept and clean. With traveling around the Island, we didn't spend too much time here.
We would recommend, as the price is very reasonable.

St. Thomas stay at Hector's Place
The property was more than what I had expected. Nice & cozy, the different phrase posted around were hilarious. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the island. OMG the roasters were my wakeup call but overall, I would most definitely stay again. Hector was just great, always available. The car rental was a plus for me.

Great Vacation
The condo was just as the picture showed clean and beautiful! Dexter our host was so great with communication and any assistance! Loved the paper he left for us with local attractions and restaurants to try! Having beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear was so convenient and above and beyond!! Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Great location!
The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were lots of towels which we appreciated. Location is perfect, close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We were bummed that the porch with the view faces full West so we had to have the drapes closed and couldn’t enjoy it in the afternoons but we enjoyed it for breakfast!
