This was a great house for our family of 15 to gather. Plenty of space and the hot tub and deck were a plus. We were all adults - over half were young adults - and a few of the twin mattresses would probably be fine for kids but two of the young adults found them uncomfortable. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable, roomy, well-equipped kitchen and the owners quickly responded when I asked a question. Close to everything you want in Fraser and Winter Park. Had a great time!

We enjoyed the stay at this house. It was clean, everything was working, it’s very spacious, good location if you want to go on hiking. The kitchen was equipped and supplied very well. In the bathrooms there was plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner. And we even saw a deer by the property two times! The host was responding in a timely manner to our messages. We recommend this property a lot!

Great 3 family ski trip!

House was perfect for our group of 15 (3 families). It had easy to access close to Safeway so very convenient, plenty of rooms and beds kids loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

House was terrific. Plenty of room for our group. House was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The hot tub was a hit after a day on the slopes. This house was close to the grocery store and the winter park ski resort. Would definitely stay here again as the communication and location were perfect

This place was perfect for our family getaway. The house was nice, clean, and it had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cool morning and evenings. The host always responded quickly and was very considerate of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Easy drive from Denver and easy access to Adams Falls and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had super spring snow but managed to have lots of family fun. We drove to MJ to park with easy access We would love it if you could replace the downstairs mattresses as both rooms are getting saggy ( not the bunk beds). This is our 4 th rental and it is an improvement that would be greatly appreciated. We love this house for our families

Great house for large groups

We loved the multiple bedrooms with bunk beds. We also loved the kitchen as it was a great space to prepare meals for a large group. The foosball table was also a favorite. All in all a great place!

All as advertised and great property. It does get a tad warm inside and was missing a few humidifiers, but fantastic layout and views. Will be returning if able!

Great family vacation

We had a very nice family reunion. There were five families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great being close to Fraser, Winter Park and the National park. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

Winter vacation

The house was large enough to accommodate are large group. Everyone had a bed. The large kitchen was great for the group with plenty of room for group. I would stay here again

Mountain getaway

Property worked well as our base camp for exploring the region. We visited RMNP, Grand Lake and several sites in the Arapaho national forest. The house was roomy, well lighted, and the large table worked great for dinner and games for all to enjoy

We live in the Denver area and have loved being able to spend time in Winter Park with our family. We have 3 boys and a girl. The kids are all skiing now so we have loved being able to come to Winter park and ski along side them!
I (Jen) worked as a Dental Hygienist until we had our 4th child and now I am focusing on our rental properties and being a mom which is keeps me very busy! Ryan owns a business in Denver selling backup power systems.
