Lisa, thank you for taking the time to submit this review. We and the homeowners take guest feedback very seriously, but we do not feel this feedback is warranted. The homeowners and the local manager went above and beyond to accommodate your requests and concerns; they answered dozens of calls, texts and emails and even accommodated your last-minute request for an early check-in. When you had concerns about the grill and about the batteries in the remotes, the property manager dropped everything to make the trip over to ensure any issues were addressed immediately. We would like to make it clear that the hot tub is functioning perfectly - it simply had not had time to warm up entirely due to the early check-in request. The owners have also confirmed that the grill, TV remotes, and Wifi are all working as expected. We certainly wish that the generous efforts of the homeowners and the property managers had been satisfactory to you, and we wish we could have ended on a better note. As evidenced by the many previous reviews, the owners take great pride in and care of this home and place the guest experience above all else. It does, however, put them in a difficult position when guests make demands they are unable to accommodate and we regret that this was the end result of your experience.
