House sits on 3/4 acre manicured Lawn fronting Laguna Salada (Baffin Bay). House is approximately 1300 sq. ft. with 2 bedroom downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. Large bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. Sleeps 6. Central Air condition/heat, washer and dryer. Lighted pier. Lots of Privacy with no neighbors close by. Wildlife viewing on occasion (Turkey, Deer, Nilgai, Armadillos). Excellent property for peace and relaxation. Close to Kings Inn Restaurant. Sit back, relax, look at the stars, read a book, fish, back to basics. Internet, Wifi, and Netflix provided. New caliche all weather access road.

This is an amazing property. Very generous and kind host. The house was very cozy with great views. It is a bit of a steep walk down to the pier. The property is beautifully maintained and my puppy babies loved it. Great fishing and bird watching.

This is the best place to stay by far around Baffin Bay. We stayed here once about 6 years ago and have made the trip into an annual event due to this place. Everything you could need is provided here, and the accommodation is secluded and has a great pier for fishing.I can't say enough about it, and the host is the best I've ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and check this one out. You won't be disappointed.

This was our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely love this place! The privacy and ease of fishing access is perfect. Teo and Annie are amazing hosts and are great about checking in with you. We can not wait to book our next trip here again!

Well appointed home on the bay. Very comfortable and the pier was excellent. Lots of room for parking and turning around. Extra benefit of having a lot of wildlife on the property.

Spacious and secluded area with beautiful views of the bay and wildlife. The home was extremely comfortable and our hosts were kind and very generous. The outdoor area has plenty of seating and a pier to fish whenever you please! We will definitely be back!!!

This property had everything you need!! No need to bring anything other than rods and reels, clothes and food. Everything was provided for an awesome weekend! Caught plenty of keeper fish !

Water Front Stay

Great place on the water with wonderful accommodations. Lighted pier, bbq pit and all the amenities you will need for a getaway to Baffin Bay!

Kitchen had all utensils, pans, and gadgets needed to prep meals. Host kept in contact to ensure we were comfortable. The view and outdoor space was so tranquil.

My wife and I purchased 37 acres fronting Laguna Salada (Baffin Bay-Riviera, Texas) about 14 years ago. We cleared about 3/4 acres fronting the water and we designed a Cabin that typified our style of simplicity, quiet luxury, and privacy. Our cabin now has internet access with Wi-Fi and Netflix. as well as 3 local TV Channels. Our purpose was to built a place to relax, enjoy our company, and to communicate without the constant interruptions of everyday life. The view of the bay on a full moon is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Complete privacy. I think we have accomplished our goal. Come try it out.
