Perfect for a Small Group

We went to Baffin to fish and stayed for 3 nights. The house is outstanding. It is comfortable, well equipped and at a terrific location if you want to fish. The host (Chris) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is really convenient for the ramps at the park. It is on the water with a well equipped pier. I highly recommend this property and will be renting again in the near future...thanks Chris!!

Acerca del anfitrión

Our family bought this property in 2014 with my parents (mom passed in 2021) as a place for us to stay when our family would venture south from San Antonio. My retired parents would routinely stay at the house during the week as a place to get away from nearby Corpus Christi.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

It is truly a homestead most of the time. It is fully furnished, very comfortable and feels like home.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

On the water, lighted private pier, softened and carbon/ sediment filtered water (municipal, not well.) Gazebo with Bluetooth wireless speaker system. Two charcoal grills. Great place to chillax.
