Lovely

Wonderful old house amid orange and lemon tree terraces, an amazing view and lots of space inside and out. Biniaraix is a world heritage site and completely unspoilt. Parking is a bit tricky, you have to find space on a narrow road outside the village so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues but apart from that it’s paradise. Beds comfy too

A little piece of Paradise

3 generations of our family ventured to Bella Vista this June. Beautifully traditional Spanish villa. Views were amazing!! Biniaraix is a lovely place. We’ve been to this part of Majorca many times before so the location away from Puerto Sóller didn’t put us off. It is hard to get to by car and parking is limited but if your happy to be adventurous & also walk to places it’s definitely a little piece of paradise xxx

Lovely villa in a picturesque small village

The villa, which is large and very roomy, is well furnished with comfortable furniture and has views over the valley. It has good outdoor space for eating or just sitting in the sun. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is in a quiet village but is only about 20 minutes walk to Soller, which has all amenities and good bus and train service. It is not necessary to have a car, and in fact parking in and near the village is very restricted so I would advise against a car. The area has lots of marked paths and is ideal for a walking holiday.

Very clean and spacious property with gorgeous view. Pros: Kitchen was well stocked, water pressure was excellent. Wifi was effective. Having Laundry was nice. Close to downtown soller, fornalutx and accessible to port de soller. Cons: Parking is a bit of a struggle 5 minutes up the road and you have to park extremely close to the walls- european roads are narrow. Arrived in summer during peak of heat wave, AC is only downstairs FYI not in bedrooms, so it was very hot to sleep and I ended up sleeping downstairs on the floor. Due to climate change I would consider installing more units upstairs. Pedro does NOT speak English and primarily French, we found the check in process to be a bit arduous because of this, as well as the need for us as guests to calculate the energy usage which I found to be lengthy and confusingIn my opinion, he should just include the energy charge in the total cost of the stay or include an all-inclusive surcharge on guests that consume excess/above the normal range of energy. Apartment could have used a binder/guide for smoother check in and check out. Overall, a beautiful traditional house to stay in.

Hola. Con esta ultima ola de calor con aire caliente del desierto. Se recomienda abrir las vidrieras climatizadas de las habitaciones y la parte superior de la casa por las noches. Cerrar los cristales climatizados durante el día para evitar que el calor entre en la casa. De esta forma la casa se mantiene en una temperatura agradable. Atenamente. Pedro Antonio.Hello. With this recent heat wave and hot desert air, it's recommended to open the heated windows in the bedrooms and the upper part of the house at night. Very Good

The property is very large and spacious - traditional in style but very tasteful and with all modern facilities included. Set in a very good position with stunning views over the valley down to Soller and beyond. Would definitely recommend to large groups seeking a tranquil setting to stay. Binaraix itself is quiet but positioned well for access to Soller, Fornalutx and Serra de Tramuntana. Of note, there is no parking at accommodation, roadside only - roads are quite steep so location may not be to everyone's liking but we did not find this a challenge and had no difficulty finding places to park.

Hola. La casa está muy bién situada en el centro del jardin rodeada de naranjos y magnolias. Está preparada para 7 personas. Tiene vistas al valle y una buena terraza para para disfutar del buen tiempo. Biniaraix es una aldea romano arabe de interés cultural con un microclima agradable. Vale la pena pasar las vacaciones..

La casa es muy cómoda para disfrutar con la familia, tiene de todo. Además las vistas a la sierra de la Tramontana son espectaculares. El acceso es muy cómodo

Beautiful house on a gorgeous place

This is a wonderful and very special house. Inside you will find beautiful classic furniture in the style of the house. We have been in the village of Biniaraix for years, we love it, and this house is in our opinion located one of the most beautiful spots. The view is wide and the surroundings are calm and quit. We had a very pleasant contact with Pedro Antonio. Bella Vista!

Large comfortable property

This is a large property with a detached feel, with panoramic views over the surrounding mountains. It has a traditional feel to it, with some quite old furniture, but with that comes a lot of character. We spent most of the time out on the terrace, where there is also a barbecue, with direct access to the kitchen with dishwasher etc. It made for a very relaxing stay, and was good value for the money. We would come again.

Es handelt sich um eine ältere Villa, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Morgens kann man auf der im Schatten liegenden Terasse sehr gemütlich frühstücken und hat dabei einen wunderschönen Blick auf Soller. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit zwei Autos vor Ort. Zum Parken muss man 200- 300m gehen. Man kann aber seine Einkäufe bis ca. 50m an die Bar Binaraix fahren und dort kurz ausladen. Das Parken selber erfordert ein gutes Rangieren da die Straßen sehr eng sind und man seinen PKW so dicht wie möglich an die Mauer heranfahren muss. Wichtig: auf gelbe Linien achten! Dort darf man nicht parken, und andere Urlauber erzählten uns dass man ihr Auto abgeschleppt hat.Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem typischen mallorquinischen Dorf und in diesem Haus sehr gefallen.

Superbe vue sur la Vallée de Soller et les montagnes, maison confortable bien ventilée, hôte sympathique.Mignon village bien situé avec 1 super resto et une bodega sympaPas loin de la plage de Soller et de quelques autres calla ; départ de quelques jolies balades de montagnes.Bref à recommander. Seul bémol: on peut garer la voiture quelque part mais c’est mieux qu’elle soit petite

Semaine de vacances en famille

Une très belle villa avec une magnifique vue, c’est deux chambre ainsi que sa magnifique suite parentale, une cuisine spacieuse même s’il manque pas mal d’équipement pour cuisiner. Le seul gros bémol de cette location c’est que sur l’annonce il y a marqué parking ainsi que cets accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais cela n’est pas le cas on doit se garer à plus 1 kilomètre de la maison dans une longue côte et rejoindre la maison par une côte pavé rempli de marche qui n’est pas adapté quand on a un bébé en bas âge avec une poussette je n’aurais pas choisi cette location si j’aurais su que le parking n’était pas dans la location et si loin de celle ci avec un bébé et mon papa qui a des douleurs au genoux et au hanche

Bonjour. Il y a des appareils électroménagers dans le placard. Il y a généralement beaucoup de places de parking sur la route de Fornalutx. Ils préparent deux nouveaux parkings pour la fin de l'été.

Jeg har leid huset minst 15 ganger fra 2003. Det er som å komme hjem!

Jeg elsker Bella Vista. Beliggenheten, utsikten, den lille byen Biniaraix med sitt lille torg og Bar Bodega.Gåavstand til det meste og perfekt for de som liker å vandre på godt merka stier.Det er gjort store oppgraderinger i huset med nytt velutstyrt kjøkken og nye bad.Huset har likevel beholdt sin spanske identitet.Sentralfyring og peis for kjølige årstider. Alltid vært der tidlig vår. Stille og rolig, hører ingen trafikk om natten.Anbefales på det varmeste.

Fijne week

Fijn huis met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Opvallend voor ons was geen toilet op begane grond. Tuin en uitzicht prachtig, mooie omgeving.

Bonjour. Depuis la terrasse entrant dans la maison, à côté de la machine à laver, il y a des toilettes à côté du lavabo. Bonjour. Na het terras komt u de woning binnen, rondom de automaat bij de wasmachine, en de toiletten rondom de gootsteen.

Perfekt, wunderbar, großartig

Un havre de paix

La maison est confortable, la grande terrasse est très agréable et la vue est superbe. Biniaraix est un petit village charmant au calme mais très proche de Soller. Séjour parfait! Merci à Pedro pour sa gentillesse.

phantastische Aussicht

auch beim zweiten besuch klasse. gegend ist traumhaft, wanderungen in aller nähe. infrastruktur ausreichend nah. innenleben einfach und spanisch. betten knartzen etwas zu viel. haus für familien erwas hellhörig, aber da hilft oropax. wir werden es wieder mieten.
