This uniquely renovated historic home, with some of the most breathtaking views of Mt Mansfield around, makes a great vacation rental in any season. Take on big mountain views from the large deck for 3 seasons, and from big picture windows in the colder months. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this lovely home sleeps 6 and has a nicely updated kitchen, wireless Internet access, and is minutes from the center of Stowe.
All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.

The property was exactly as described. The place was clean and beds were comfortable! It was everything we needed and in a good location…a short drive outside of town.

The house was spectacularly clean and updated. The views in the back were amazing. The location was just enough outside of Stowe to miss the bad traffic but close enough to enjoy the village. Hiking in the mountains was a highlight!

Stowe Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stowe. The home was in a perfect location close to town. Even though it is on a busy street, the views outweighed the noise! It was very well stocked with everything we needed!

Beautiful home for our stay in Stowe

We so enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, and clear instructions for everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the great room was the perfect retreat for us at the end of our days of hiking and sightseeing. I would recommend the home to anyone!

Wonderful views and stay!

The property has amazing views and was very comfortable for us all. Highly recommend. The back and side yards were lovely. As long as you keep kids and dogs in those spaces, you barely notice the busy road.

Best VRBO we have stayed in

We LOVED this house!! It is perfectly located - 1 mile from Stowe center. No need to deal with the traffic getting a few items as Shaws was a hop, skip away. It was clean, spacious, and yet cozy. The dining room and kitchen was lovely to prepare food on and gather around the table to enjoy. But the best part - the view!! Mt Mansfield from the deck and every window of the house from the backside.

Good location, but directly on a busy road with noise early morning to evening time. Not a problem for us, but was very noticable especially while sitting outside. Property was very clean and well apportioned for cooking. Beds were very comfotable. Property is a multi level property (single story with steps up and down) as well as a step down to patio. This was only an issue as one in our party of three has mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and location for touring the area.

Things to know:1- the highway noise is REAL in the bedrooms. Know this if you are sensitive and bring a white noise machine2- the house is ultra spacious and cool with some historic features preserved, such as the bigger bedroom seeming to be part of the original house3- the views are insane. The multitude of windows in the house is by far the best feature4- although they are small stall showers, I loved that there was a detachable shower head for use5- the house is not walkable to the main part of Stowe but it is a short 5-10 minute drive

Our visit to Stowe

Top shelf property. Very, very clean. The views are amazing. Great kitchen that is fully stocked. Fireplace in living room made for cozy visits with family. While we did get used to the road noise it is an issue. We got about 6 inches of snow during our last night. We left the property at 10 am the following morning and to shovel ourselves out.

Super Clean

Very clean property out on the edge of town, 1 mile. No sidewalks and a busy road that did have road noise during the day. The beds were very comfortable queen size. It’s a two bedroom with a non private loft for two kids. Super well equipped kitchen. Excellent tv setup, and there are at least 4 of them! Excellent back deck and no better view in Vermont!!! I did not like the checkin process only because we had to wait until 4pm and go to a property management office for the keys. They were in a lock box and we had to return them there too. About two miles from the property.
