Gorgeous Harbor View and Magnificent Sunsets! Watch the Manatees play!

Up to four guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath third floor condo.  The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the guest bedroom has two twin Murphy Beds. Linens, towels, pots and pans, dishes and kitchen items are included.  The tastefully decorated living room has a large HD television, comfortable sofa and chairs and Wifi.  The kitchen/ dining area is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a comfortable dining area. Situated overlooking the beautiful harbor, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golfing, swimming, walking or biking the paved lanes, watching the boat traffic in the harbor, tennis and Pickleball, or exercising in the fitness club, sailboat, power boat and kayak rental. In the evening, watch the sunset from the third floor lanai. There are restaurants as well as an ice cream shop and deli on the property. Dollar Tree is a block south of the main gate into Burnt Store Marina. Publix Grocery Store is approximately eight miles away.
This building is equipped with elevator service.
 Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as historic Punta Gorda the city of murals, nearby Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island.
Our condo is strictly a non smoking unit and has a two week minimum stay. We do not allow pets at this time.

Great Condo in an Awesome Location

Really enjoyed the view of the Marina, ability to walk around both Marinas and the pool and grills. Will definitely be back

Best rental ever!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had! Owners were fantastic to work with, so considerate! Condo was so comfortable, well stocked, didn’t need anything but food! Would definitely rent again!

Lovely stay in Burnt Store Marina at Harbour Towers 1

Comfortable condo with excellent views of the Harbour. Owner very accommodating and responded to questions in a very efficient manner. Great facilities on the property that enhanced our stay. Enjoyed the opportunity to use the fitness facilities on the property and the bicycle left by the owners. A little bit of paradise!!

You will love this condo and location

The condo is welcoming, has a great floor plan, the furniture is comfortable (and attractive), well appointed, tidy and clean. The Owners are friendly and extremely helpful...they just couldn't be more considerate and kind! We spent most of our Condo time on one of the very best landis you will ever experience. The manatees entertained us daily...who knew the males can act like whales? They don't just lie there unmoving. Best view of the marina... as a whole it's gorgeous, add sunset views...well, you get it! Other residents were welcoming and friendly...very difficult to leave! We will surely be back!

Beautiful Harbor view. Loved watching the manatee from lanai.

Great location. Close to parks, art fairs and farmers markets. Many options for kayaking. Condo floor plan is perfect. Everyone we met was super friendly, helpful and nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Great View of Marina

We had a lovely view of the marina from every room in the condo. Although a bit out dated the condo unit was a great place to get away from the cold weather. Plenty of room for 4 people. Stocked well enough with towels and bed linens. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware. Had sufficient pots/pans for light cooking. The owners were very nice people to deal with. Harbor Towers building was kept up pretty good. Pool area nice. Very pet friendly building(almost too much for our preference), was the only downfall.

We currently live in Minnesota but have been vacationing at beautiful Burnt Store for four years. This property became available and we would like to share it with others when we're not here ourselves.

We love the people here, the amazing views and meticulously maintained grounds, and the small town feel of Burnt Store and nearby Punta Gorda. We're only a couple hours drive to Disney World and Tampa. Sanibel is only one hour away and we love to go shelling there!

Burnt Store, where our condo is located, has biking and walking paths, exercise facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, a 27 hole golf course, an onsite restaurant with live music, kayak, and sailboat rentals, excursions, a weekly Farmers Market, and magnificent sunsets.
