This gorgeous condo exceeded all expectations! The property is incredibly spacious, and the stunning views from both levels—on both the front and back sides—are absolutely amazing. From arrival to departure, the host and every staff member we encountered were exceptionally professional, warm, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

It is incredibly disappointing that you took or lost our condo keys and refuse to pay the documented fee for replacement. It is guests like you that take no responsibility or accountability for your actions. You broke 2 outdoor chairs and never said a word to us. I hope other hosts take caution when you make a request. I would hope you do the right thing and pay the $50 charge

The condominium was one of the best stocked properties we have stayed. All the essentials were provided and then some. Lots of space for everyone. The views from the balconies were fabulous. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for next year.

Very spacious condo with everything you need. Great views from some great balconies. Joe was so great and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. We love coming to Daytona and will definitely keep this condo in mind when we are able to come back!

We absolutely loved staying here the ocean views are amazing. We got in town earlier than expected and was able to check in early. Very clean. The host is was very nice and let us check in early. we are so happy that they open up to those who come vacation in Florida. We look forward to coming back and staying again.

This is a great place in Daytona Beach! On the beach, penthouse condo, plenty of room, and a very well stocked kitchen. One of best rentals we have done on VRBO. No complaints at all. There is construction going on but it was not intrusive to the unit. If we ever need a place this large again in Daytona Beach, this would be our place.

Our stay at Joe's condo was great. The room condo was very spacious and clean. The views and balconies were amazing! That part alone was enough to book the place. The entire property was quiet and not crowded (we were there in early June). The amenities need a face lift for sure but we were there for the beach and ocean. The proximity to the beach was excellent (steps away). Joe was very communitive and flexible which was not something I see with all owners. Definite perk. I would definitely stay here again.

Breath taking views

Best property manager and condo families should check this one out!!

Very helpful owners, very clean and had so much room for our big family!!! They even had a play pen and lots of beach things!!! Had a wonderful time!!!

Great place

The penthouse view was amazing. There was plenty of room and seating for our group of 8. There was plenty of everything- towels, plates, cups etc.

The condo and owner were wonderful. The only issue we had was a very rude cleaning lady.

Our cleaning lady was upset because your group destroyed our condo. When she walked in after your check out time and found you still there, she noticed there was garbage everywhere and you moved the furniture and didn't move it back. We have stained mattresses, a massive food or bodily stain on bedspread and stained sheets in a different bedroom, a permanently stained couch, a broken end table you propped up in corner hoping it wasn't found, 12 missing towels, food on floors and carpet left, feces from unsealed diapers leaked in garbage pails and on floor. On top of that you reserved for 6 but had over 12 guests the entire week. We have never experienced a group that left our condo in such disasterous shape and had no regard.for other people's property.

Daytona Penthouse

The penthouse condo was very nicely furnished and had everything one could want for the kitchen, towels, seating and so on. the location is good, the grounds well kept. Overall it was a great place to spend time at the beach. Thanks, Joe, for making such a nice condo available for us.
