The description is not accurate. Yes there are beautiful views however you cannot look out the glass doors because there are still film attacked which dirt has accumulated on. Also the balcony is not finished and looks horrible with little provided for any comfortable enjoyment. The kitchen is dirty when you look into the cabinets and drawers, I washed stuff before using, the cooking pans look old and ready for the trash, the water dispenser on fridge dirty and the rug in kitchen should be trashed and the rest of rugs throughout are dirty. To top it off we were told that the construction on the floor we were on was complete however no one said construction would be going on underneath us. It was so bad the windows were rattling. It was constant, gave me a headache and I had to leave a day early. Beds were not comfortable either ,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take great pride in our condo and work hard to provide a beautiful, clean, and comfortable experience for every guest. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we have addressed your concerns directly with our housekeeping team. We do wish these concerns had been brought to our attention at the beginning of your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them and make your visit more enjoyable. We value open communication and are always available to assist our guests. As disclosed in our listing, the building is undergoing renovations, and construction noise may occur during normal business hours. The balcony is awaiting its final painting, which will be completed along with the remaining balconies in that section. We attend monthly HOA meetings and regularly update our listing with construction progress to keep guests informed. Our condo's spectacular, unobstructed ocean and coastline views are among its most loved features, and we are grateful for the many wonderful reviews from guests who have enjoyed their stays. We genuinely regret that your experience was different. Providing a wonderful vacation experience is something we care deeply about, and we appreciate all feedback that helps us continue to improve. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

I was aware of the construction going on but they started before the 8 am time and it was a little more than just construction it was major construction jackhammering that could be heard throughout the entire building shaking walls it was extremely loud in the room but overall if there wasn’t construction it’s a wonderful and convenient place to stay. We will be going back but after the construction is completed. The host was always available and very nice giving updates. Like I said I was very aware of the construction work going on but just didn’t realize it was going to be that loud. I love the room and the view.

First - Sara is an outstanding host. She constantly provided updates regarding the unit. Her home is very beautiful and supplied with all of the necessities. The unit has a front row view of the Atlantic and the breezes were fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are decorated/furnished with quality items. There are plenty of beach items for beach fun at the designated parking space in the garage. Close to numerous eating establishments and other fun stuff. Would highly recommend this unit. Certainly would stay there again.

Excellent location

This was a very good location for a non crowded and excellent beach condo experience. Will definitely recommend after construction though due to excessive noise inside the building. Other than that it was spacious and felt like home away from home.

Property was under constitution and we were not informed about it until we arrived. Inside the condo had fresh sheet rock and paint so breathing was difficult. All of our money was refunded but having to pack up and find another lace was frustrating

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry about this. However, it is very clearly stated on the description the building is under a massive remodel. I had sent you numerous messages about the 2 pieces of dry wall that had not been painted a few days before you arrived, along with photos. Even with this information prior to your arrival, I was very kind and respectfully refunded all of your money. You apologized multiple times and said it was your friend that was not happy, and you would have been happy to stay there. And I had to have the cleaning crew back because it looked like you napped in multiple beds. But unfortunately I know we cannot make everone happy. And for that, I am very sorry. As you can tell from past reviews, this opinion is not the normal and I strive to make everyone's vacation special. I deeply apologize I could not do that for you.
