This condo is PERFECT! It looks just as the pictures. Clean and updated. The view of the ocean is AMAZING!

This is our 10th stay at Edgewater. This condo was the best yet. The owners are very friendly and informative; this was a very professional process. We loved the design and decor. Everything was clean and modern, kitchen was great which is important for us since we cook often. You can tell care is taken by the owners to keep up with their business.

Our stay was wonderful. Ana our host was great at communicating with us and all of the check-in/check-out instructions were easy and understandable. We had a great time.

The condo was amazing! Perfect spot for a quick weekend trip for our family of 4. Only thing I feel like the property manager should have mentioned was that the pool that is in front of tower 2 is HEATED!!! The property is close to everything you need and equipped well for cooking also!

We enjoyed our stay ! The access on the 6th floor is great. The view over the side pool is great too. I would say to bring your own pots and pans and baking sheets. the teflon on all the pans was very scratched and the baking sheets were very dirty and unable to clean, so we were unable to use them to cook anything. Also, bring your own bath towels as some of the towels seemed tinged brown and stained.. Overall it was a great condo. very well done.

we can't fix issues that we don't know about. and this guest did not report issues until after checkout. once we know about the issues, we collaborated with our housekeeper to address every one of these. new baking sheets, rugs, and towels. (our housekeeper provided photos of all pots and pans and there were no scratches, which wasn't a surprise as they are new, so unsure about the confusion there.) anyway, thank you for the feedback so we can make the experience better for future guests!

Nice condo overlooking the beach!! Condo was fully stocked with dishes, silverware pots and pans. Easy and quick communication with the owner. We did not get to try the poolside bar/restaurant. No good coffee within walking distance so bring some with you. Enjoyed checking out this area of Florida.

Very nice, beautifully decorated, loved the big screen TV, awesome beach and sunset views. Host very easy to reach out to with quick responses. Enjoyed the resort amenities (hot tub and weight room especially). A great place to relax - looking forward to possibly future adventures here.

The property was beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay and will plan to go back next year. Ana was great to work with. The property is in a good location, close to everything. We certainly didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful place! Wonderful stay! Beautiful views! Went for a girls trips and spent a good portion sitting on the patio, enjoying the view and enjoying the good company. Pool was nice. Access to beach was easy. Contact with the host was smooth. The rental was clean and comfortable.

We had a little trouble when we arrived. the notes to us said to check in at the gate by our tower but we had to go across the road to the gate on the gulf course side and ask for the owners desk. this is where they had our parking permit. the VRBO said that the condo came with 2 chairs and an umbrella, we assumed this was for the beach. it was actually only for the pool deck which was full every day and we didn't get 2 chairs and an umbrella any days.

Very nice place to stay

Everything was perfect!! Condo was very clean and exactly like the photos. We will definitely try and stay again if we ever venture back to Panama City Beach.
