Sit on the over sized, 271 sq. ft. balcony which is off of both the living room and master bedroom to watch the ocean and soak in the beautiful sunsets. It is located on the quiet and family friendly West end of Panama City Beach away from the major traffic congestion and is perfect for family vacations. Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has 1146 sq. ft. We are constantly updating our vacation home to make it a great place to vacation. New Paint. It has Stainless Steel Appliances and New Patio Furniture. New dining room furniture and bar stools. 2 recliners in the living room and new beds in the 2nd bedroom. It has all tile floors throughout the entire unit so no dirty or sandy carpet. New 65 inch Flat screen TV in the living room and 32’ in the Master bedroom. Recently renovated bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with gulf views and access to the over-sized balcony as well as a private Master bathroom. The master bedroom has a new 32” flat screen TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has 2 Queen Beds for the comfort of our guest. The second full-size bathroom is accessible from the living room as well as the second bedroom. The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed.
Complementary Wi-Fi is provided. The dining area has a new table that will seat 6 and 4 bar stools provide for additional seating for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
