This was a great place to stay! The kitchen is nicely updated and the common area is bigger than it appears in the photos. The beach is so close you can hear the waves from the screened porch. The beach chairs and downstairs shower were big plusses. In September, the private beach was almost empty. I would definitely stay there again!

Great property. Proximity to the beach is perfect. Second half bath in the apartment was great when someone was using the main to shower. Bedrooms were big enough, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well set up. Overall a great experience. The host is very responsive as well. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is our second year in a row renting this space and it was absolutely wonderful! It is comfortable, has plenty of room for both my and my sister's family, stones throw from the beach, and very comfortable beds and couches. We have already sent dates for next year! Highly recommend!

Great location!

We loved that the beach wasn’t too crowded here and it was just a short drive or bike ride to Downtown Bethany. Space was great for 6 of us.

Great place

Perfect for 2 couples. Updated kitchen was beautiful. Great location, clean and lots of parking. Look forward to staying here again.

So convenient with little kids. Easy to walk back from the beach and no need to take snacks for the kids. Great host.

Perfectly close to the beach

The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. It was so close to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We would love to come back again.

Even though there isn't an ocean view, the condo is a really short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms are all clean and well organized. We really enjoyed the screened in porch also. Hope to ho back in the future and would stay here again.

Delaware vacation 2024

Very close to the beach. Overall good property to stay. Some items may need to be updated but that didn't affect our time together. Owners were very helpful and kind.
