Cozy Beach Condo 3rd House From Ocean!

NEW INTERIOR in 2014, and new deck and exterior in 2017! Flip Flop Fun is a charming comfy 2 bedroom condo only 3 houses from the beach. Relax on the new deck or take a stroll on the private Tower Shores beach. We’re on the first level of the Green Dolphin, west side (left). Clean, comfortable, and well maintained, our unit is one of 4 in the Green Dolphin. The full kitchen is bright and airy with a breakfast bar that accommodates six, and a completely stocked kitchen. The family room is spacious and cozy with a queen sleep sofa.. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twins.

The covered deck is perfect for enjoying a family meal or just relaxing. It has a table, and 6 chairs with bay views. We have a new ceiling fan, and hope to have the deck screened before the 2019 season! There is an outside shower and footwash. Parking is available under the unit and in front; 2 car limit. Matt's Fish Camp is at the end of the street (very convenient) serving lunch and dinner, with carry-out!

The Green Dolphin is only 3 houses from the beach providing convenient and quick access to the private beach. The Tower Shores location offers quick access to downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. It is close enough to access all of the excitement but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Delaware Seashore State Park is located on the north side and adjacent to our beach, for fishing and long walks. The bay side access is only 5 minutes north off of Rt. 1 for kayak, canoe, or sail boat launching. There is a walking, biking, running lane located on both sides of Rt. 1 from Bethany to Rehoboth. There are a wide variety of activities for adults and kids just a few minutes away either in Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City Maryland.

Plenty of grocery options, within 15 min. and don't forget all of the fabulous outlet shopping in Rehoboth, and the cute beach shops near the Bethany Boardwalk!

Bethany Beach is a very quiet beach community with a quaint downtown and a family atmosphere. Our community at Tower Shores offers all the amenities of the beach towns but also a private beach and great location.

If you want your vacation to be perfect, with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid-back atmosphere, stay at the Green Dolphin. Our guests visit time and again with us!

The Green Dolphin

This is an awesome rental! It is very clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked and very well taken care of. The Green Dolphin an easy and short walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee in the morning and for lunch and dinner. We loved this rental and hope to stay there again!

Comfortable Condo in Bethany

We loved our stay. The location was perfect! It is walking distance to the beach, close to the drive on beach, and walking distance to a great restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed time on the screened in porch! We will be back in the future!

Perfect place

Myself, husband and 2 daughters (ages 10 & 13) had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. Super close walk to the beach, very clean and plenty of space for us. We loved the screened in porch and all of the furniture was very comfortable. Such a pretty beach house too and we lived all the books to hang our belongings. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home! We could not have been happier!

Stay Too Short!

We love this beach condo. It is very cheery and so close to the private beach. We also enjoy the area at Bethany, so close to shopping, dining and a community playground for children. We keep coming back! The Kings

Perfect Bethany Beach getaway

We loved the quiet neighborhood and especially enjoyed using the screened-in front porch for much of our stay. The kitchen held literally everything you may need. Although we were only 2 vacationers, there’s plenty of room here for at least a family of four, and the 2-minute walk to easy-access beach was great. Chris responded almost immediately to any questions we had. We will most certainly be back!

Perfect for our family of 4

The place was clean, well appointed (Coffee filters, paper products, etc) and obviously can't beat the location, with walk on/walk off to the large private beach, and gourmet dining at the top of the street. You could realistically park when you arrive, and not get back into your car until you leave. Owner was communicative and obviously took pride in her unit.

Great family location

Our family of four enjoyed our week in Tower Shores. We have stayed in this area for five years. The location is ideal and this condo was the perfect size. The screened in porch is a lovely addition and we enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings. We will definitely look to book here again.

Beautiful Place to Stay

What a wonderful place to stay. We Loved it. Cute little place 50 feet from a private beach. We loved the quiet block, especially reading out on the screened in deck. Clean, Beautiful, and Quiet. Highly recommend

This rental was a short walk from the beach. The house is nice, screened porch has comfy large outdoor couch and table! Inside was a little tight for 6 people but definitely manageable. Chris was easy to communicateGreat place for the week!

Perfect Beach Trip

We had the perfect beach vacation with the help of Flip Flop Fun condo! It’s literally 3 houses from the beach! The beach is absolute perfection! Clean, quiet, family friendly, and easy to access. We met so many lovely families that were doing the same thing we were doing…family beach vacation! Petiole were respectful of other families! We brought along our bikes and rode into Bethany multiple times from the condo. It’s an easy 3 miles and takes about 20 minutes! The boardwalk is so nice for little sand the restaurants were great! It’s also a quick drive up to Rehoboth Beach, which has an amazing boardwalk and restaurants for kids! This was our first time to Bethany Beach and we will definitely be returning with extended family next year! The condo was perfect for a small family! We were out and about or at the beach for the majority of the time, which meant that we just needed a safe place to leave our things, cook, shower and sleep! The kitchen was fully furnished, screened in porch was a luxury, and again..the location to the beautiful beach! We even took flashlights and went crabbing at night! It’s super safe and very family friendly! I highly recommend Flip Flop Fun for your next stay!

Perfect Tranquility during Turbulent Times

We are a family of five (3 kids aged 3, 5, and 7). We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the beach and given the current pandemic, we did not want to stay in the heart of Bethany or Rehoboth. This place was perfect for what we were looking and would definitely recommend. The place was just as advertised and like I said, you are steps away from the beach. Given the locale of this beach, you get a much more laid back feel with not as many regulations that you will find if you were closer to the boardwalk. Our favorite activity was unwinding with a cocktail on the beach during sunset as our kids played in the sand and ocean. If you are looking for a little seclusion, but not be far away (less than 2 miles to Bethany boardwalk and 8 miles to Rehoboth and Dewey) this is the perfect place for you.Owner was outstanding with the communication and was able to problem solve something we screwed up which we very much appreciated it. The Smart TV was nice so you can log in to your netflix, Hulu or whatever you wanted. The screened Porch was perfect for dinners outside even if it was raining. No worry of bugs or kids practicing American Ninja Warrior on top of the rail :). Parking was kind of confusing as it looks like only two of the four condo in this building have spaces to park, but it ended up not being an issue and we were able to fit two cards throughout the week no problem. The only things I would suggest to the owner would be to add hooks in the porch to place your swim suit and towels after the beach and to ask whomever owns the building to have a clear indicator where the people staying in unit 3 and 4 are supposed to park. Like I said, this was not an issue for us but we did spend about 10 minutes trying to figure out if we were upsetting the other tenets by taking the spots underneath the building.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was updated and perfect for days on the beach and cozy evenings on the screen porch or settling in on the couch for movies. The outside shower was great and convenient and the owner was responsive. Highly recommend this property.

We have owned since 2013, but have enjoyed vacationing at Tower Shores with our 3 children for over 30 years. We have come to appreciate how safe and convenient this community is, so close to the beach, easy access to the bay, state parks, and nearby beach towns. We hope you’ll enjoy this little beach oasis as much as we have sometime soon!

The Tower Shores neighborhood is safe; the beach is so wide and clean with plenty of room for privacy, surfing, and playing on the beach. We love the community and it’s location to other beach attractions! New in 2017, you can now walk north (about a 1/2 hr. stroll) to 'The Big Chill Beach Club' (https://www.bigchillbeachclub.com/#intro), located at the state park. Amazing bay, inlet, and ocean views, not to mention the great food & drink.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our condo is comfortable, clean and cozy located on the first floor of the building, (one flight up). We are very close to the beach for quick trips and safe for older children to run back and forth from condo to beach. We have an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, (in addition to our small units inside), picnic table, and parking for 2 vehicles.
