Cozy Beach Condo 3rd House From Ocean!

NEW INTERIOR in 2024 and new deck and exterior in 2017! Flip Flop Fun is a charming comfy 2 bedroom condo only 3 houses from the beach. Relax on the new deck or take a stroll on the private Tower Shores beach. We’re on the first level of the Green Dolphin, west side (left). Clean, comfortable, and well maintained, our unit is one of 4 in the Green Dolphin. The full kitchen is bright and airy with a breakfast bar that accommodates six, and a completely stocked kitchen. The family room is spacious and cozy with a queen sleep sofa.. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twins.

The screened in porch is perfect for enjoying a family meal or just relaxing. It has a table, and 6 chairs with bay views. We have a new ceiling fan in the screened in porch. There is an outside shower and footwash. Parking is available under the unit and in front; 2 car limit. Matt's Fish Camp is at the end of the street (very convenient) serving lunch and dinner, with carry-out!

The Green Dolphin is only 3 houses from the beach providing convenient and quick access to the private beach. The Tower Shores location offers quick access to downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. It is close enough to access all of the excitement but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Delaware Seashore State Park is located on the north side and adjacent to our beach, for fishing and long walks. The bay side access is only 5 minutes north off of Rt. 1 for kayak, canoe, or sail boat launching. There is a walking, biking, running lane located on both sides of Rt. 1 from Bethany to Rehoboth. There are a wide variety of activities for adults and kids just a few minutes away either in Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City Maryland.

Plenty of grocery options, within 15 min. and don't forget all of the fabulous outlet shopping in Rehoboth, and the cute beach shops near the Bethany Boardwalk!

Bethany Beach is a very quiet beach community with a quaint downtown and a family atmosphere. Our community at Tower Shores offers all the amenities of the beach towns but also a private beach and great location.

If you want your vacation to be perfect, with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid-back atmosphere, stay at the Green Dolphin. Our guests visit time and again with us!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacay. We only wished we had booked a longer stay! The unit was very clean & inviting with more than enough room for myself, my sister & my niece. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the morning & at night after long (but wonderful) days on the beach, which btw is only a very short walk from the house. We look forward to staying here again!

The place was just like the pictures. Perfect vacation spot. Close to everything. Great place to rent, we had a very relaxing time made friends with the other renters. The restaurant at the end of the road Matt’s Fish Camp was delicious. Definitely recommend it. We did order pick up, it was ready when we picked a time while we sat on the beach. We will be back to rent it again. Chris was easy to work with and responded to messages fast.

Overall a nice place to stay. Super short walk to the beach, pretty centrally located to other attractions. Parking is tight, but we were forewarned about that and it's to be expected in the type of community where we were located.

Our family had a great, comfortable stay! We enjoyed meals and afternoon rests in the lovely screened in porch. The walk was quick and easy down to the private beach area, perfect for our little ones. We would highly recommend this place for a family with children and can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future!

This was perfect for me and my daughters in a beach getaway. It’s clean, comfortable, well stocked and overall lovely. Loved the screened in porch and quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend to others! Had a great time, owner is very responsive. The porch is screened in which is so nice to enjoy sitting outside and but not have to deal with bugs. Has a full shower outside, super helpful for coming off the beach.

Best weekend ever! Beautiful place, excellent location, the most beautiful beach steps away. The water was perfect, we saw pelicans, countless dolphins & the most magnificent WHALE! Sunsets and sunrises that took our breathe away & great meals and drinks at Matt’s Fish Camp. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We have owned since 2013, but have enjoyed vacationing at Tower Shores with our 3 children for over 30 years. We have come to appreciate how safe and convenient this community is, so close to the beach, easy access to the bay, state parks, and nearby beach towns. We hope you’ll enjoy this little beach oasis as much as we have sometime soon!

The Tower Shores neighborhood is safe; the beach is so wide and clean with plenty of room for privacy, surfing, and playing on the beach. We love the community and it’s location to other beach attractions! New in 2017, you can now walk north (about a 1/2 hr. stroll) to 'The Big Chill Beach Club' (https://www.bigchillbeachclub.com/#intro), located at the state park. Amazing bay, inlet, and ocean views, not to mention the great food & drink.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our condo is comfortable, clean and cozy located on the first floor of the building, (one flight up). We are very close to the beach for quick trips and safe for older children to run back and forth from condo to beach. We have an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, (in addition to our small units inside), picnic table, and parking for 2 vehicles.
