Shared Garden Level Serene Ranch near Lake Pueblo

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we do feel it is important to provide some additional context for future guests reading this review. We have proudly hosted guests through VRBO for more than nine years and have consistently maintained excellent, 5-star-plus guest ratings. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay and in communicating openly with our guests. As disclosed prior to booking, this is a pet-friendly property and guests are sharing our home. While we certainly understand that occasional household and pet noise may be noticeable, the concerns raised during this stay occurred during normal daytime/evening hours and before our established 11:00 p.m. quiet hours. The vacuuming referenced in the review was simply part of promptly cleaning up after our puppy—something we believe responsible hosts should do. We remained polite and responsive throughout the stay and made every reasonable effort to address the guests’ concerns. The guests ultimately chose to leave early and requested reimbursement for unused nights. After reviewing the circumstances, we did not believe a refund was warranted under the terms of the reservation. After nine years of hosting and many wonderful guest experiences, we understand that every property will not be the right fit for every traveler. Guests seeking a completely private, pet-free, or silent environment may be better served by different property

We appreciate your feedback and we’ll work hard to improve in the areas you mentioned. Thanks for choosing our home! One of the reasons I like to communicate with our guests is to make sure they are comfortable. If I knew the beds were hard we have mattress toppers available. The sofa couch is a very expensive Carson sleeper bed. We have several extra blankets and pillows available for use to make it more comfortable. We spoke the day after the 3am wake up. I had to take my wife to the airport to take care of our Daughter in law. Life happens! You can’t get a hotel or better VRBO for the price we offer for a two bedroom, living and dining area on three acres. Maybe, a one bedroom at Motel 6 in Pueblo.
