Charming and spacious two-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage with glimpses of the Chesapeake Bay and very close to the Rock Hall beach. Enjoy morning walks and beautiful sunsets. Our wide streets and low speed limits make this a bicycle friendly town. The beach is family friendly. The shallow water makes it ideal for kids young and old.
Rock Hall is a charming old fishing village, noted to be one of the South's best small towns by Southern Living Magazine in 2016. You can shop at the local grocery store or eat out. Rock Hall has a variety of wonderful restaurants from outdoor dining by the marina, to several local delights in town. And several local seafood outlets that sell sweet Chester River crabs with take out options.
There is Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge to the South and historic Chestertown, home of Washington College, to the North.

Wonderful Location in Rock Hall

Great stay over Memorial Day weekend. Loved the location of the house...so close to the water and not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

So close to beach and a great restaurant, The Blue Heron, with outside bar. Chairs and bikes included were a bonus!

Great Vacation Rental

We stayed at the Coleman house for a long weekend. The house was clean and cozy. Great place for a private get away for two.

Great place for relaxing weekend

The house is on a great location, close to beach, close to restaurants, close to marinas. Clean and comfortable, check-in was easy and you could tell owner put a lot of thought into how to make the place feel special. My first experience with VRBO and I was really happy with it.

We would like to stay again next year. One of our favorite parts of pirate weekend is the beach party and we were right there

Relaxing stay at 200 steps to the beach

Home was very well stocked with supplies. Location is great. Very homey and welcoming feel. Intend to visit Rock Hall in the future and hope to stay here!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I love visiting Rock Hall and this was our first time staying at this home. It is very nicely decorated and has all of the necessary amenities. We were so pleased with this stay, this will definitely be on our favorites list

Nice 4th of July spot

Nice cottage near a cute and clean beach that’s perfect for small kids. Enjoyed the 4th of July festivities in Rock Hall and the ice cream shop on Main St. Appreciated early check-in and prompt communication with the property manager.

End of summer long weekend

Had a great time at this perfect beach location. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach which is clean and not crowded. Perfect sunset each evening. Had fun exploring the area and we were happy to have our pup with us. Very enjoyable stay!

Rock Hall cottage

Nice cozy cottage in a great location that was convenient to everything! The only drawback was the cable TV and internet was very spotty.
