Our two-story home is designed to maximize the incredible coastal scenery of Depoe Bay.

Expansive private grounds overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
New hot tub.
Propane fire pit with new patio furniture.
Two distinct patio areas for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Sleeping Accommodations (Sleeps 16):
Bedroom 1 (Primary, Top Floor): King Bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Top Floor): Queen Bed & Twin Bed.
Bedroom 3 (Top Floor): Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4 (Lower Floor): Queen Bed with a new 14' Advanced Gel Memory Foam Mattress.
Bedroom 5 (Lower Floor): Queen Bed with a new 14' Advanced Gel Memory Foam Mattress.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story home, including all bedrooms and living areas. You will also have full access to all private outdoor amenities, including the new hot tub, patio areas, propane fire pit, and the expansive surrounding property grounds. Enjoy a completely private retreat.


Interaction With Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit. Our contact information will be provided upon check-in.

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is strictly set at 16 guests. This number includes all adults, children, and infants and cannot be exceeded, even for daytime visitors.

The layout is pretty nice with a great view. Some of the mattresses could be changed out. Location is great. There were some maintenance that should have been done before our arrival. Second year we had this unit.

We had a terrific time! The view was spectacular! The regular beds were clean and comfortable. The bunk beds had pretty thin mattresses, so our grown kids were not super comfortable. The description of the rooms says there is three bedrooms upstairs , but there are only two, then there are three downstairs. The carpet and some of the furniture is pretty worn, but we were able to look past these details and just enjoy our time together in a large space with the tremendous view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing and the living area was perfect for our group of 8 adults! Loved that we were within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. And the agency staff were quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect. Host was always very responsive. We would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was the mattresses in the bunk room, you could feel the frame through them. The other beds were perfect, we slept so good. Just the bunk beds, they would have probably been fine for kids, but we had some adults that had to sleep in them. Other than that it was perfect !

The View was amazing from the house and it fit us all nicely. There were some issues though such as stovetop does not heat up enough to cook on, the coffee pot does not stay warm and a few other small things. Also the mattresses in the bunk room are pretty uncomfortable for adults but would be fine for children. Other than that it was a great place for a large group of people.

Great location, great view

This house was our first stop on our way down the coast. There were just 3 of us but the house is huge! The view from the top floor and the hot tub is great, and it's walking distance to downtown Depoe Bay.You definitely won't regret your stay!

Great location, nice house

Views are unbeatable from the house and walking distance to "downtown" Depoe Bay. House is a little eclectic but plenty of sleeping space.

Large friendly house with excellent view

Although a bit outdated, the place is wonderful for a family get together. We could overlook some 90's decor and older carpeting. The location is excellent. The size is fantastic. The ping pong table and games and hot tub were popular with the group! We would stay again. A challenge for the wheelchair person but we did it!

To summarize your paying for the view. The view/location really saves this property from getting a lower score. While not the worst, I was very disappointed with how dirty the house was. Pros: The best thing about this property is the view. It is absolutely amazing, it is what you pay for with this house. We watched whales feeding all day from just about any room in the house. There are seals rolling around on the cliffs below and seabirds everywhere. While it was just my small family (3 of us) the house could easily accommodate a lot more. Depoe Bay is extremely close and easily walkable from the house. Cons: This property needs TLC. Property was not that clean, we found crumbs on the counters, popcorn kernels in the rugs. A strong smell of mildew hits you right when you walk in. The rugs are old and stained throughout the house. Mildew is in every window seal. In the primary bedroom there is a large gap between the mattress and bed which is filled with dirt and crumbs. Smoke alarms are missing, Most of the curtains are missing so when the sun sets it’s very blinding. The primary bathroom has a leak somewhere in the walls. When you run the shower it rains on anyone standing underneath the overhang where the shower hangs over. If you look next to the shower the drywall and trim is delaminating due to how long it’s been sitting in water. The shower looks like it’s actually starting to sink because of the water damage.

Great place to stay. If you can't do steps then this is not the place for you. New curtains in the bedrooms would be good. Beautiful view!

Comfortable and Great Views!!

We had a fairly large group of family of all ages. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The furnishings were a bit dated, but comfortable, and carpet had stains, but overall it worked out well for our group. The views from every room were amazing. The windows did not have screens, so it might get a bit buggie in the summer, but our fall/winter stay was great!!

Sibling gathering

We picked an amazing distracting get away for my siblings and I. Our mother passed away exactly a year ago, and we needed a distraction but also be surrounded by eachother for support in case we needed it. And i must say it did that magical work!! The view was amazing the place was definitely a good size and everything was convenient!! I would definitely recommend and come back to this place ..

Views! Perfect for groups!

The views! They never got old! This house had so much room and bathrooms which is nice for large groups. We brought are own pack-n- play and highchair so if you have little ones you will have to supply your own gear. Two coffee shops within walking distance waa amazing.

Awesome view of seals

Very beautiful views and a very short walk to downtown and the towards the sea at the back. Very short and quick drive to the beach nearby. Saw sea lions on the rocks from the house. And the bionoculours in the house helped us see loads and loads of sea lions in the ocean. Had kids and friends and had a get together for new year eve. Had a blast.

Love this beach house!

This house was great! Based on some past reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. But it exceeded my expectations. Yes, it's a little rough around some edges, but only in cosmetic ways that don't matter. It was clean, comfy, spacious, with comfortable beds and modern baths. And OMG, the ocean views are truly outstanding! The gas fireplace and huge soaking bathtub were unexpected extra amenities. And it's just a few minutes walk to a good coffee shop, liquor store and mini mart. Definitely hope to return to this place in the future!

Great group home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and lots of room for multiple couples, or large family groups! House is in good condition. Bring your own games, gaming systems, etc. Just basic TV service available.
