Big oceanfront views from everywhere including the large oceanfront deck or while relaxing in the hot tub. Lovely Cape Cod style with N to S wall of windows overlooking the oceanfront. The deck is huge with 10 wooden adirondacks and picnic table for some great meals or relaxation while listening to the waves roll in. Hot tub and BBQ also overlook the oceanfront. Enjoy whale spouts, sunsets and moonlight as you gaze out to sea. Private beach access! Surfing is popular in front of this home (famous Nelscott Wave). Pirates Lookout now has 3 TVs, One 32 inch in the upstairs bedroom, one 50 inch on the main floor and one 65 inch TV with Roku in the lower level for you to enjoy streaming all your favorite services as well as an HDMI hookup for you to use any gaming console you have. A great area for teens or anyone to relax and enjoy. Max 10 guests including stop by visitors.
Please avoid single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

Had a great time at Pirates Cove. Great views of the ocean and stairs down to the beach to enjoy the oceanside. Everything was perfect!

Very nice and beautiful Beach house. Perfect spot and you get lots of exercise climbing stairs. Enjoyed the whole thing. Will be back

What a view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had room to spread out and enjoy their time. The two main living areas each had a great view so people could be inside or outside on the deck enjoying the view.

Lot of space in this small house. Easily accomodated our family of 9. Deck was perfect for sunny days watching the ocean. Nicely decorated. Will visit again

It was a great place for all our family to gather. The house has a beautiful view, with a big deck. (There are a lot of steps down to the beach as well as steps in the home. Just a warning for those that can't do steps.) At low tide the rocks nearby had lots of starfish!

The deck and hot tub were fantastic! The beds super comfortable! Overall.. house was EXCELLENT! Maybe some new pans to cook with could be in order.. 70th birthday with girlfriends! Could not have been better!

The view is amazing! The layout of the house was excellent. The kitchen is very user friendly and the dining room area is fantastic. It’s important to note that guests will need to climb steps in order to get into the house.

The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids and the tide pools right outside the house were a huge highlight for the kids. I would definitely stay again and again.

Location was great, lots of stairs inside and out, couldn’t reach ceiling fan controls, WiFi needs update, had to use 5g, couldn’t get captions off main tv.

So happy you liked the location of Pirates Lookout. I just increased Wifi speed- Gig Speed lightning fast up to 1G. It will be the fastest in town. I'll figure out the setting with captions. Have not had that in the past. Thank you so much for staying.

Beautiful ocean front home with large deck and huge windows! The hot tub was fun to soak in while enjoying the view. The house has a lot of stairs (only one queen bed on the main floor), so be aware of that if there are any mobility issues. The downstairs area was cold, but extra blankets were provided, which helped us stay comfortable while sleeping. Overall it was a wonderful stay and you can't beat the view!

I do not write long reviews. The Deck overseeing the ocean is worth the trip alone. 4 bedrooms on three floors. Hot tub was used and was good. Kitchen and sitting areas were good. Access to the beach via 108 stairs was nice. I mention the stair count because it is something to be aware of coming back up. Place is an older home and has the 'character' of one as settling is apparent and the stairways are quite narrow. It worked extremely well for the 5 people that were on this trip, but no one had mobility issues. People with mobility issues can stay in the one bedroom on the main floor readily enough, but getting to the other floors may prove to be a challenge. Overall a great place for a small group/family vacation.

This was our second stay at Pirates Lookout and it felt like coming back home. It was our annual girls trip to the beach and for us, this house checks all the boxes.

House could use a deep clean. One breaker kept blowing. Front door handle broke. One bedroom was only accessible through another bedroom which was not clear in the listing. The views and hot tub were magic. Very well supplied linens and kitchen equipment. Great beach access, would stay again at Shoreline Chateau.
