My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property last week. The owners and the property management company were very kind and responsive. The condo itself was great and fully equipped with everything you need. It also has truly amazing views. The Palms has a lovely heated pool & hot tub that we loved. Overall a fabulous stay! Thank you!

Perfect in paradise

We have stayed here a few times and we keep coming back. Private with beautiful views and perfect for my husband and I. Owners make it so easy and comfortable. Thank you for another great vacation in Paradise.

2024 Leap Year Maui Vacation

Fantastic property, amazing ocean and sunset views. Very clean, helpful onsite support. We enjoyed watching the whales play every day from the lanai.

Family Vacation

Property location is great. Quite, near beaches, Shops. Condo is perfect for family. Beach accessories were available with stay. Lanai has a picture view of the water and island nearby. We rented this condo for family of 6. I will refer this unit to my friends.

Perfect Maui rental

Beautiful ocean views, massive porch, central location and large pool. Fully furnished kitchen with all we needed. Note that whole house is not air-conditioned (just master).

The most beautiful view

We have stayed at The Palms a few times in the past and this unit is now our favorite. The view from the lanai is really great. Everything was well thought out in the unit and well kept and clean. For one minor issue, the rental agency responded and fixed it quickly. We had a great vacation!

The living room has full length UV blocking window shades, but you are correct that they do not block out the sun entirely, as that would block out the fantastic views, which is why most guests choose our unit. Our unit is best suited for those who appreciate the indoor / outdoor living experience that we offer with new furniture and tile floors, a large lanai with new furniture, an updated kitchen connected to the lanai for easy outdoor dining, beach amenities, and amazing views. We do not offer a resort experience with heavy drapes and full air conditioning, and we make it clear in our listings that the air conditioning is only in the master bedroom. We are sorry that you overlooked that when you booked our unit. .

It is a beautiful and very hospitable and well maintained lodging

The place is beautiful and very well kept Hosts are very hospitable and helpful and management excellent , polite, efficient. Location is absolutely the best and views…pure beauty I have one suggestion if I may - the second working air-condition system even portable for the second bedroom would make a significant difference with temperatures going over 80F already in April Besides that it is a wonderful place , with wonderful people focused on making your stay there absolutely wonderful as well I want to thank the owners and management for their generosity in patience and assistance I plan to return soon with my fiancé this time ( I was there with my friend) to enjoy all the beauty this place offers Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Agnes

First off the owners were responsive, kind, and great to do business with. Matt, the property manager, is also there for immediate help if needed. The property is perfect, plenty of space for a family, and located in BEAUTIFUL Wailea. Minutes from the beach, you can walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood and scenery. There is so much to do, Maui is just incredible. We definitely see ourselves staying here again, the outside balcony view is just breathtaking. It was a trip we will never forget. Mahalo, The Luceros

Great location

Property was very much as advertised. Loved the location. A car is necessary, but it's all short rides to wonderful beaches and other resorts/shops/restaurants. Wonderful stay.

Fantastic Maui views!

Wonderful end unit with fantastic Maui and sunset views!! Great Wailea location near The Shops and resorts and great beaches. Enjoyed our stay very much, especially on the great lanai with views! Phil, the owner, was very helpful and had quick responses to questions. Great communication.

Perfect Wailea Stay

The ocean views from the lanai didn’t disappoint and made this unit a great choice. The unit was comfortable and it was nice being walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea boardwalk.

Just what we needed for our first trip back to Maui after the pandemic.

The condo was just as described. Nice upgrades, has everything you need and then some, very comfortable and the views and deck are gorgeous. You won’t even want to spend time inside. The upgraded kitchen is beautiful with views and perfect with the supplies needed. It was fun to barbeque and sit on the deck after a long day sight seeing or at the beach. We greatly enjoyed ourselves and thank you for making it so easy. Hope to be back.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. The view of the ocean is beautiful. It has a well stock kitchen and a nice dining area inside and outside on the lanai.

A slice of Paradise

Spacious condo with a fabulous view. We enjoyed sunsets from the lanai every night. Great public beach nearby with easy parking. Location convenient to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed it so much that I’m sure we will go back.

Wonderful Views

Great unit at the Palms! The unit was clean and the orderly. The master bedroom has A/C and while the second bedroom doesn’t have A/C, it faces East and doesn’t get hit with the afternoon rays. The lanai is top notch and the views are truly incredible.

FANTASTIC

This place .... this unit.... amazing .. private. Everything it is listed to be 🙌🏼 Looooooved it. (Only issue was trying to find the suite in the dark 22.00 hrs 😳 ...after long flight.....plus...hottest day in Maui!!😳🤣But ... after that ... Huge. Undercover patio. Plus outside patio. HUGE. !!! Totally much more than we could ever imagine ! We would love to live there!!! ... or at least return ASAP! The landscape. The view. The pool. EVERYTHING ! Most amazingly private. Quiet. Relaxing space !! #. THE VIEWS. #the SUNSETS This condo is .... amazing 👍🤗🙌🏼 Dream vacation #40 years married. ⭐️⭐️🙏🏻🙌🏼 What a treat ❤️❤️
